  1. I probably should have conveyed myself better. I hope they can steal Cousins away from Washington,. He is a legit QB who is disgruntled with management and off contract. and Washington can't really franchise tag him unless they want to pay him 35 mil next year. I'm not saying it will be easy or the Bills are even interested, or every other team for that matter. it's just what if like to see. I wouldn't even care who backs him up. It's risky but bI would be equally happy trading the whole draft for the best available QB. I just want to see the upward trend the bills are on continued and competent QB play is the only way that will happen.
  2. You can interperate what I wrote however you like I said Cousins and a rookie would be my pick, exact words.(for example, Cousins and a later round prospect), not the top QB in the draft. At the moment we have 2 bad QBs you still need a back up. Why does NE draft QB almost every year when they have Brady.
  3. He wants out of Washington in a big way. We have a lot of call room and draft picks. How is it unreasonable?
  4. He will cost that much because he is a good QB. And rookies are cheap on comparison. To me having to trade one QB eventually is a better problem to have than not having a QB at all.
  5. Or throws token down field passes mostly out of bounds.
  6. This, he doesn't seem like it popular choice but Cousins and a rookie would be my pick.
  7. Dumped some huge contracts, but got no worse. You're just menstruating right now because of the loss. You will be ok.
  8. Playoffs in a new coaches first year, lots of draft picks, can evaluate players. It's trending upwards for the bills.
  9. Will never happen, he is so scared of turning the ball over because it's the only real positive he has as a QB. Those down field and tight coverage throws are pathetic, seem to be purposely over/under thrown to stay away from the defender. I sure hope I don't have to watch him anymore. And kick that OC out with him.
  10. It's like looking into a crystal ball.
  11. I would love Smith or Cousins. We aren't in a position to get a sure thing at QB in the draft and i kinda this playoff thing.
  12. To move that far up the draft order is going to be very expensive. You pull those of moves when you are closer to the pile not the other end of the pecking order.
  13. I think they change when they need to justify what a umpire had called.
  14. I didn't know who Kay Adams was so i had to Google her and this picture of Kaye Adams came up first. My first thought was that your an easy man to please Jay but yes the other Kay Adams is rather attractive.
  15. there are some very QB desperate teams near the top and the Bills and Chief's picks are in the bottom third of the draft. Unless Beane and McDermott trade away the future, we aren't getting one of these top prospects being debated anyway.
  16. I'm also 40 and i too remember every Superbowl loss vividly. Until recently it seemed that another Superbowl was only ever going to be a pipe dream. Being just the first year of this rebuild and getting the playoff monkey of our backs it makes me excited about what's to come.
  17. Agree 100%, getting Cousins would be my dream scenario and use the draft to fill some holes.
  18. Alonso is fast becoming a dirty player. I found it funny he concussed himself with that helmet to helmet hit.
  19. IMO the bills need their franchise passer as the #1 priority. You can pick up linemen in free agency and draft some depth in later rounds but teams very rarely let good QB's go. In the end you need a good QB to get to footballs ultimate goal.
  20. I was wrong too but when it's just more of the same year after year you can't blame people for wanting a change. This just proves we have no good QB's at all. The thing that upsets me the most is that statistically speaking the Bills should have lucked into at least one good QB this century, even by accident. But not the Buffalo Bills, the world's unluckiest sports team. Anyway, pat yourselves on the back for being half right.
  21. I agree, for someone on his second "prove it" contract, he doesn't seem to want to prove he can be a consistent QB. I'd rather a QB move the chains than be so scared of turnovers that he'll rarely throw the ball past 5 yards.
  22. On the hot seat? Says who... You? Who fires a GM after less than a year, who didn't even have a draft or offseason for that matter.
  23. Fire Beane? WTF? He is preparing to fill a roster with new players, I don't think he has done any really questionable moves so far. He is offloading poorly performing players, contacts and making moves for the future so that his staff can fill it with players that fit their system. Just like every new staff in the history of the NFL. The estrogen is just running wild here at the moment. The one move I thinking needs to happen going forward is that Tyrod should have played his last game as a Bills starter.
