  1. Fair enough Stupid paying for the more affordable option is subject to the person buying the tickets. I personally believe it’s stupid as I will not be around for 30 years to go to games. But yes, they should have chose the more expensive option. Regardless, it still doesn’t take away from the point that was made and that I commented on. Buffalo, Think small, be small
  2. just because they are building it doesn’t mean it isn’t small thinking. They are doing it all wrong from the start. Shouldn’t be in OP. Shouldn’t be open air. And, Never said I couldnt afford it. I said it’s stupid to pay the kind of money they are asking. Especially when I won’t be here for 30 years of it. I’m not sorry for telling it like it is. I used to think Buffalo always got a bad rap too. Then I woke up and realized how and why they always did. Because like @PromoTheRobot said, Buffalo, Think small, be small. It’s the way.
  3. Who cares honestly? It’s a small dumpy bar in the middle of nowhere. Nothing special about it in any way. If it wasn’t for the stadium it would be a barn in a field. like @PromoTheRobot said. Buffalo… Think Small, Be Small
  4. Club seats. 237 row 12 $400 for the pair ***SOLD***
  5. Easy. I never said it was going to be a metropolis. I simply said there would be more retail, bars, restaurants, and at least 1 hotel. 💯
  6. Because it’s right at an exit of an interstate like many other hotels are across the entirety of the United States? Ok
  7. I don’t follow too closely but I think McKinley has already been approved for a “city center” like they are planning for the Boulevard Mall, and the Eastern Hills mall areas. I 100% expect there to be a new hotel on that site. But I also believe something will be in place closer to the stadium with some shops, bars, restaurants. It’s pointless to not capitalize on the opportunity of the new stadium there. The Bills and town don’t make money from drunken idiots chugging Natty Ices behind their cars, they will want something more out of it.
  8. It’s already sprouted nearby. Right near the Bert’s Bikes.
  9. Enough is going to happen that makes the resident upset about it. My argument was if they built the damn thing downtown they wouldn’t have to worry about upsetting residents. I’ve never been to patriot place. And o don’t doubt what you say about it is true. But there definitely is some things coming to OP. And it’s going to be absolutely useless and pointless about 255 days a year.
  10. If they move (which I think is as likely as any team considering they are in need of a new stadium) I’d put money on Austin
  11. Yeah I’m not about to start arguing this with people again. It was an absolutely stupid decision to do what they did. And like it or not, the “patriot place” plan is going to happen near the stadium. They can and will argue about it all they want in the town halls, but it’s going to happen. You can bet on that.
  12. And they would have maximized making their money back with commercial properties nearby. Instead they built it in the middle of nowhere that has nothing nearby. Where places like the McKinley Mall nearby are closing its doors because of the lack of retail interest. Yeah. Bang up decision.
  13. If only they had thought about this before hand. Like maybe putting the stadium….. downtown
  14. Thanks for the info. I knew it’s not exactly Lauderdale. lol. But the search for warm retirement options must continue.
  15. Thanks for this. I’ll have to take a look at the few that are in the Destin area. Wasn’t even thinking of this. Definitely an option. Thanks
  16. just like your wife says to you on Friday nights.
  17. Thanks. Probably not interested in driving 2hrs to watch a game though. There’s one listed in PCB that I saw. House of Henry. Just wondering if anyone else had any other opinions.
  18. Anyone have any recommendations for viewing games in or around Panama City Beach Florida? Or maybe somewhere close like Destin?
  19. Except they are going against the curve completely on the defensive side of the ball with undersized LBers
  20. Good for you. I had the opposite vision lol. I originally had no issues with the PSLs and increased prices. Well, some, but nothing crazy. But then when it finally came I changed my mind. I have a feeling that I want to attend games at the new stadium but don’t have a desire to be locked in for life. I hopefully won’t be around the WNY area in another 10-11 years so it makes no sense for me to commit to 30 at this point. I also think things will be an extreme letdown the day Allen moves on. I’m. It saying we’ll be in the basement. But I do however believe we will all be thinking that we’ve seen the best Buffalo Bill that will ever play, and once it’s over, it will feel completely different. I’ve enjoyed watching games from home lately. with that said, if a cheaper ticket becomes available in the future with a much lower PSL and ticket price that is offered now, I may decide to pull the trigger. But at the prices they are currently at for the sidelines in the 100s or club seats, I’m not interested. I don’t really have a desire to be WAYYYY UP in the 400s with the incline of the seats either. So end zones and maybe back corners of the 100s are about all I have hope for. But I don’t think the prices drop enough for me to be interested. like I said, all the best for you and your family and continued memories in the new stadium. My memories will likely stay in the Ralph.
  21. I think there was confusion that you only had aisle seats. I think it was the way it was worded. This makes more sense. Mind me asking how much you paid? As far as PSL and as far as ticket prices?
