One of my favs yet. Tons of moves up and down. Picked up a boatload of picks for next year too. 35. Troy Franklin WR Oregon 59. T'Vondre Sweat DT Texas 82. Jaden Hicks S Washington State 102. Jermaine Burton WR Alabama 161. Tykee Smith S Georgia 165. Zion Tupuola-Fetui EDGE Washington 180. Jawhar Jordan RB Louisville 197. Omar Speights LB LSU 198. Gabe Hall DT Baylor 201. Joe Milton QB Tennessee 227. Storm Duck CB Louisville 245. Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint WR Georgia 2025 DAL 2nd 2025 NE 5th 2025 IND 4th 2025 WAS 4th

How bout Franklin in the 1st and if Worthy is still there in the 2nd take him. Be done with the WR room for a while. That should be enough to spark us moving forward for a few years. Spend some mid to late round picks in the upcoming years. Since you guys are giving thumbs downs, I’d did it for both of you
-
I agree with this. I don’t see anything special with McConkey. I mean I’d take him in the 3rd or after but he’s not a first or second round pick imo.
-
Just curious. Am I the only one here that just restarts the draft if the first 3 picks aren’t Williams, Maye, and MHJ? I refuse to believe that any one of those 3 teams will take anyone but one of those 3. And nobody is trading up for anyone else in the top 3. I occasionally get Wash, Chi, or the Pats taking a OLmen or even Bowers there. I refuse to believe that will happen and just restart every time.

Stadium Construction Discussion (No PSL/Seat selection posts)

Like you said. Balancing act. Can’t just have 10,000 fans at the game. But like you said, the days of 100k stadiums are over. Tv is better. Experiences at the stadium is what will bring people going forward. -
I’m not sure we do with 3 DTs (yes I know we need 3) in the draft. At least being that early. Sweat and Smith should be more than enough. Then add an undrafted guy later. Or a super cheap vet at minimum. Could have drafted another WR, or edge, or S a little higher to hope you get a better talent and better shot to start right away. Other than that, I absolutely love this draft.
-
lol. I assure you he’s real

Yup. 100% with a talent like Allen as QB I would personally draft a WR fairly high, EVERY…. SINGLE….. YEAR…. You know, kind of like how they draft CBs. Can never have enough. Or the blatant mistakes at RB over the span of a few years. Gladly Cook seems to be working out. But we’ll see what happens this draft as we still need at least depth there. But we should absolutely be drafting at least 2 WR this year. And should draft one in the first 3 rounds just about every single year going forward. Keep the talent flowing at the position. It’ll continue to allow Josh to work with young pass catchers. Maximizes the chance you find some good ones. And helps eliminate the problem that we have now with Diggs. I’d say this, even if money wasn’t a problem you still can’t get rid of him. You’d be leaving Josh with nothing at the position.

Great. 2 picks in 7 years

Right. By doing this, they also allow themselves to keep ticket prices high as it’s more limited than it’s always been -

Might be one of my favorites yet. We can all say it’s never gonna happen. And I generally agree that some of these players won’t fall so far. But every year things like this happen. And until free agency we really have no clue what everyone’s needs are. traded down twice for some extra picks. 37. Troy Franklin WR Oregon 60. T'Vondre Sweat DT Texas 69. Xavier Worthy WR Texas 101. Jaden Hicks S Washington State 128. Kitan Oladapo S Oregon State 158. Jordan Jefferson DT LSU 161. Zion Tupuola-Fetui EDGE Washington 197. Andrew Raym OC Oklahoma 201. Anim Dankwah OT Howard 205. Rayshad Williams CB Texas Tech 222. Storm Duck CB Louisville 245. Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint WR Georgia 2025 CLE 7th 2025 CAR 7th

If only McDefense felt the same way.

Stadium Construction Discussion (No PSL/Seat selection posts)

I might argue with that. The first row in the sidelines may not be as low as the current stadium. I’m sure they would rather have some more space away from fans right on top of the players while on sideline. As well as it is likely better for the fans to be up 5’ compared to what it currently is now. The first few rows have a hard time seeing the action over the players on the sidelines as it is. End zones are likely free game and will be just as low. And from what I have seen they will offer field level seating in at least one end zone. There’s quite a few stadiums that have them. -
Bills fans dropped to No. 20 in latest fan rankings

Because of this I’d imagine at least 5k tables were saved in the process. -

It’s probably because they chinced out and literally copied the main blueprints for Tottenheim and because it’s a soccer field it’s larger. Pegula is cheap, couldn’t even pay for a new design -

I’d imagine you are 1000000000% right on that -
You don’t want to pay hundreds now. We knew you were out
-
$150 gets you in the waiting list. Your number will be called in order of seniority if the list. AFTER all the STH are done
-
Last time when I spoke with my rep they informed me the current wait list for tix is over 7k people. Imo they are banking on that. Once the new stadium is built it’ll have approx 10k less seats. Then after thousands don’t renew after the sticker shock they will be in a place where they feel comfortable with the people they have on the wait list. im with you on the whole thing. The prices are going to be ridiculous. I honestly don’t know if I’m going to renew or not. Waiting to see the costs. I’m planning for the worst and saving accordingly for it. But also fully prepared to walk away if it’s just crazy. Like I’ve always said in all my bitching and complaining about this whole process. I’m ok paying club seat prices for seats in the new stadium. But If im going to spend that kind of money I want to be comfortable, warm, and dry in the winter. If I can’t get that for a reasonable price, I’ll watch from my couch. All while picking up 2-3 games a year on the secondary market.
-
I think you’re right on. But if there is a waiting list there may be incentive for the Bills to buy back PSLs at a lower price, to then sell them to another at a much higher price. Idk. I’m curious to see how all this works out. More information to come soon. I have not seen anywhere that there is a $150 non-refundable fee to do the virtual set up. Would love to know where you got that information. That’s if you’re not currently a STH and on the list. It’s a deposit to get tix. Any current STH will have the option to use the experience without charge.
-
I think for that reason the secondary market will be huge for the new stadium. Many people I know are done once the new stadium is built. But we all know with this fan base people won’t be able to stay at home every week. Many Former ST holders will decide that instead of getting seasons they plan on going to 2-4 games a year and will pick and choose which ones. If that’s the case, look for secondary market prices to skyrocket even more than they are now. But again, like I jist said in my other post, that all depends on how good the team is. Once Allen goes, and we’re back to the basement, many STH will be stuck holding the bag at the end. which brings me to my next point, are you able to sell the PSL back to the Bills at any point in time if you choose. All questions that might be answered once the new stadium experience is up and running.
-
Yeah. I understand and that’s exactly where I’m at right now. Unfortunately you won’t have the ability to decide after the fact. I’d imagine within another month or 2 (now that they finally announced plans for the process) more information will be known as to what seats prices and PSLs might be. When deposits might be due. And the situation once you want to leave. Like I said, I am pretty sure once you pay for the PSL they are yours and you’ll be able to sell them or give them to someone if you wish. But what the market will be for them at that point is unknown. Worst possible scenario is if the stadium opens and for whatever reason, Allen isn’t here anymore, I say good luck with that. Because imo we’re back to the basement. Best case scenario we are better than we are now, maybe just fresh off a SB win. And someone is willing to not only buy them but double the price of the PSL. Unfortunately no one will know until that time comes.
-
Because the brokers will buy them. And then sell them on the secondary market and still make money. And some fans want to go no matter what and will do it. But there’s got to be some benefit to owning them too. I’d imagine once you own the PSL you can just sell those PSLs to someone. If there were PSLs prior to Josh coming here, I’d imagine you could easily double what you paid form them now. But the reverse is also true, buying them now, with Josh being here and after he leaves and we’re back to the basement in the league you’ll get stuck holding the bag with no one to sell to.
