  1. Thanks Fluff. Out and couldn't look it up but that's what WGR said.
  2. Fwiw, WGR just announced that the opt out before 2020 does not exist. Thu confirmed with Polancarz. Just an FYI. Not sure at this point.
  3. Any measurables? I am aware what Google is and how to use it but I cannot access atm.
  4. he probably won't have a mullet though. I wonder if the Bills shave their heads in honor Jimbo going through chemo.
  5. Make the trip yall
  6. Well done sir. Well done
  7. yeah. I know what other threads are in this site. I think I've been here long enough to figure that out. And this thread wasn't to have people argue about what is important to keeping the team and what is not. It was simply a question as to what we think will happen next. Somewhere along the lines it became a debate about what is or isn't important for keeping the team in Buffalo. As I said, nobody here knows what's going to happen (obviously the reason for the thread) but as far as we know, there could already be a succession plan in place. Until the details are given, it's all pointless. And besides, my point of my post wasn't in regards to the topic at hand. It was more along the lines that we can't go 3 minutes without getting angry with one another on a stupid message board because everyone always feels the need to be right about their opinion. As I said, Mr. Wilson has passed away. Let's give him a little more respect than arguing over stupid things that don't matter in the end. Who really cares if games in the early 90s sold out? It was almost 35 years ago. It was in an entirely different time in the league than now. And at the time we had one of the largest stadiums in the NFL with a capacity of over 80k. So what if we were 5k tickets short. That means nothing now since our stadium holds 10k seats less. Don't worry, I won't be back to this thread. You've all already upset me even more than I already was after the last few days.
  8. Everyone need to just STFU already. It will probably be another year or 2 before anything gets resolved. Maybe more. None of us here have any idea what's going to happen unless one of you happens to have worked on Mr. Wilson's will. Ralph Wilson has just passed and we can't go 1 freaking day without arguing over stupid crap. Here's something to hold to your hearts, nothing you say or do on a Buffalo bills message board is going to effect the outcome of the franchise. If you think the team may be gone within the near future, then enjoy it whole it lasts. Go to games. Watch on tv. Tailgate. Tell stories about the glory days. Imagine what it will be like when we finally win the big one. Give it a break for once.
  9. good luck on Friday sir. My stag is on Saturday night so it'll be a damn long weekend of drinking for me. If you can't go, I'll crack a cold one for you.
  10. awesome. Thanks Jay. I'm assuming I'll see you on Sunday.
  11. because it could have been changed if he was still alive? Because it was his final farewell to the city of Buffalo? Who knows.
  12. Just an FYI. I put out a PM to hammer asking if this was in fact true but haven't heard yet. If anyone happens to speak with someone in the know and can confirm it, please let us all know. In the meantime, I'll be there this Sunday no matter what.
  13. i feel like this quote should be saved forever. Regardless what happens now that Mr. Wilson is no longer here. It's what he to ensure this happened when he was. But more so because if there is a plan in place that no one knew about that comes to light. Ralph should be help up on the highest pedestal in the city forever.
  14. i just don't want it to be done for 1 season. I would hope its perminent. Just like the Bears jerseys. chicago bears jersey sleeve And yes, they should retire a number for Ralph. And make a jersey out of it. Maybe a "O" for the wagons or something.
  15. Tears Tipster. That's all I can say. Well done sir. I agree 100%
  16. thank you sir. I just think it's expected to keep things classy.
  17. actually. They wear blue uniforms.
  18. i saw a little something as well since posting this topic. Let's get confirmation first but let's all show our support on Sunday everyone.
  19. except it's not just 800m for the team and 400m for the opt out. It's another 275m for relocation fees by the NFL. Then the cost of actually moving the team or purchasing all new equipment/items. Then of course there's the cost of the new stadium which is most likely going to be between 800m-1b. That's a net total of over 2B and nobody is forking that over for an NFL team. Not in this economy. Not when states are struggling to find schools, hospitals, governments, etc... I'm not dying your wrong, but your post is just as ridiculous as anyone else saying they will definitely stay. In the meantime, let's be classy about this and celebrate everything that Mr. Wilson has done for this community. Regardless if you live here or not.
  20. im telling ya. Petition. Or maybe a thread for it with a vote and we forward that over to Russ somehow.
  21. how about a separate thread to have him banned. Mods??? Any help here?
  22. why are you laughing?
  23. yes please. Maybe we could start a thread/petition for that. Make the bills do it.
  24. My fiancé just told me that The Bills Mafia will be having a tailgate this Sunday at Hammers Lot to celebrate Ralph's life. Is this true? What time??? Hammer???
  25. you seriously just made me cry. I back all of this infinitely. We are BUFFALO BILLS STRONG!!! And nothing on this earth can hit us so hard that we give up. These 2 quotes really do bring exactly what Buffalo Bills Strong is all about. “Fight on, my men,” Sir Andrew Said A little I’m hurt but not yet slain. I’ll just lie down and bleed a while, And then I’ll rise and Fight again.” "When it's too tough for them it's just right for us"
