Just got it too. Wondered if this is good or bad.

That's why I've been a fan of Benjamin. He's just as big. Almost as athletic. Has as much of a ceiling and probably a higher floor considering his relationship with EJ.

oh. Then that makes sense. ;-)

Joe B's latest mock, what it implies about draft
mrags replied to TPS's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don't think the trades are that much of a stretch. We always say every year that there aren't that many trades, then within the first hour of round 1 it's a gong show. Believe it. There's going to be 4-6 trades in the top 12 picks. I'll out money on it now. As well as the trades and how every year we always say they won't happen. Another thing that will happen that nobody thinks will, will be the amount of players reached for in the fort 10-12 picks. Sure, most here can tell you who the best 6-10 athletes are in the draft. But that real rely ever happens. So with that said, I will say there will be 2-4 players that fall to 12 that you wouldn't have expected. At the same time 2-4 players that are picked that will make you scratch your head. And finally onto this mock. I'm perfectly fine with Evans with the pick at 9. I'm perfectly fine with the OT pick in the 2nd round as well. But if Jenkins TE is available with our 2nd round pick and they don't pick him over some ok OT, I'll throw a remote through the tv. and the 20% that didn't were the idiots that thought Muller would make it past the Broncos. Lol -
nonsense. Stevie doesn't work out in the offseason. Never has.

I think the need for a big physical target WR is there. I'm not 100% sold on Evans myself but if they are, I love the move. But I will agree we need a big physical beast of a WR.

Donald Trump asked to invest in the Bills

I've been putting Trumps name out there for years. Because of his history with The USFL, Kelly, NYS. Bout time someone actually asked him. I wouldn't be surprised. Don't think he's be theajority owner but I firmly do believe he is/was part of the Kelly group. -
Houston looking to trade 1st pick (Buffalo?)
mrags replied to FluffHead's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
wow. That is some of the best banter I've ever seen anywhere. And by guys in the Biffalo Media too. "Your right, because I drank steel reserve, like a man" Best quote ever. -
Good post brother. I hope it works out that way.

If he's asking for 10+ million id be heated of we signed him.

I agree Buftex. And although I don't believe it was at all really disrespects to Mr. Wilson, it was however in bad taste of the timing of the story maybe. It gives it that feel that it's disrespectful. He does go on to tell the highlights of social media while "touting his and the Buffalo News' own horns" but he doesn't exactly do it tactfully. I guess that's the best way I could describe it. Maybe I just thought it was a bad story altogether for the time. Or maybe it was his tacky way of showing it. It didn't feel like he needed to bring Mr. Wilson's name into the discussion of selling people on how the old fashioned news outlet can be better than the new social media way.

Buffalo Bills Fan Advisory Board meeting 4/10
mrags replied to JÂy RÛßeÒ's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
how aboutb better ways of getting the fans invilved than the stupid "cheerometer" on 3rd downs. Things like the Jaws theme on knockoffs. The airhorns on defense. Maybe players making personal appearances on the scoreboards to get everyone up and motivated. You know what I always thought would help. On maybe the Friday before the game, during the news or something, having the coach come on tv and request that fans not only show up, but give it their all. That the teams feeds on how crazy we get. That the team needs the fans to be loud and proud. Of course this is always known, but when have you ever seen a coach or GM come out and say "we need the fans to be there and be crazier than they've ever been. Louder than they've ever been, to help is win this game." Other than that, desperate beer lines is good. More local food avail abilities would be great. Duffs is a start but lets not stop there. Mighty. Teds. Charlie the Butcher. Chefs. These should all be added. A separate lounge area is a great idea. Like the Sabres have on their 200 level. -
no. I got the point. It jumped all over the place. It didn't enforce it's reasoning very much. Others have stated that a well. I don't take offense to it at all regarding Wilson's death. I don't think it was really disrespectful (not much) it just wasn't a well written piece IMO.
-
why would he do that when he can destroy everyone else's threads by bringing it up every 4 posts.
-
imo he will be a pain the entire way but that won't stop me from singing the shout song at the stadium on Sundays if he scores a TD. Doesn't mean I have to like him tho.
-
stevie I under contract anyway and cutting him now doesn't save us any money. It costs us money to cut him now. And we don't have any questions about being under the cap. So why not keep them both?
-
theres logic. Hello again. Glad to see you come back to us.
-
I read that not knowing what to expect and not knowing what the hell he was talking about as I read it. He jumped around from downing the Bills, the instant media popularity, to boasting about life in Buffalo before 1950 (which in sure he wasn't here to speak about). It jumped everywhere and in the end it sounded like nothing more than a way of hating social media and boasting about the print of the Buffalo News on paper, which ironically you can bring up on your computer or personal device in seconds.
-
you keep saying my name wrong. If you keep bringing my name Into conversations, at less get it right.
-
dont go bringing logic into your arguments here. The people with axes to grind certainly can't be spoke to in that way. Of course they are always right. Regardless of my opinion of Stevie or DJax. I personally think DJax is a good Reciever. He is not what we need right now as we have too many receivers that are under 6'4" that can run fast. But that doesn't take away from what he does well and that's get open deep. I wouldn't hate it if we picked him up. I think he helps this team regardless. But to say that we should cut another good Reciever just because we picked him up is stupid. It's one step forward, and one step back. Essentially it's just trading a Reciever for a Reciever. If we have Stevie under contract, just keep them both. And that I'd be fine with. But others want to turn this into a different story altogether. So for the record, I think what Jackson does, he does it well. I personally don't like him and believe he's a gang thug POS. If the Bills happen to sign him, I think it should've for a 1-2 year deal that's for not a whole lot of money and incentive driven with stipulations about getting into trouble off and in the field. If we did sign him, I'm not going to hope he doesn't score us TDs but I will still think he's a POS while he does it. But I certainly don't want to cut Stevie just because we picked him up. That's a pointless move IMO.
-
imoossible. Stevie sucks and Jackson is amazing.

I'll vouch for his perfection
