  2. probably not probably not
  3. the only thing that Mead mail orders is himself and he's illegal in 36 states.
  4. whats the matter, the site wouldn't let you link that pic twice?
  5. Poltergeist. I was afraid of clowns until yesterday.
  6. Nice topic. Thanks Hammer. Really appreciate everything.
  7. if you think that Goodwins situation is even remotely close to Welker, your nonsense.
  8. watch both of them over the remainder of their careers. Ill bet you a sick pack they don't have 20 touchdowns between the both of them for the remainder of their careers.
  9. sounds about right. Could inform him that if he is still available in the offseason we could bring him back. But I'd much rather see them utilize that new kid (Greys?) in both the FB and TE position.
  10. Time to cue all the "he is a great weapon, just like CJ Spiller if this idiot OC could just gameplan for them" Get over it people. Really good players don't need gimmicks to get the ball and be effective.
  11. wgile I agree with Eli being good. I wouldn't give up that much for him. I want to be good for an extended period of time. Not just 4 years.
  12. Gragg- put to IR Smith- Cut because he's worthless Gay- see Smith Goodwin- see Gay
  13. Surprised the majority is voting to keep Prton and develop the OL. I can see them going after the best OG or TE in FA and drafting the rest. Orton and EJ battle it out for the starting job and may the best man win. Another year for Orton in the system and another year of experience for EJ might be all we need. Unfortunately it's all we have at this point without a 1st round pick. Hopefully Pegula bucks up and keeps this defense in tact becaise it's Super Bowl worthy.

    Sabres

    never gonna happen now.
  15. Thanks for the math on this WSS. I also don't belive it's that far fetched. Our biggest thing that is a must is that we win out. Let's get there first and worry about the rest later. If we win this week against Oakland, everything changes. We likely have a chance to determine our own fate. And for the first time in a very long time, we have a chance to finish with 10 wins in a season.
  16. im with you. Now we will feel like we have to get it into his hands becaise he "has the ability to take it to the house in every play" even though he never actually does. It'll take plays away from good football players.
  17. couldnt agree with you more Kelly When Orton first came in, he was much better and progressively gotten worse and more scared back there. A much a I like to say the lack of offense is more on Orton not executing (it is), I still come away with that's how Hackett is limiting his mistakes. Gotta take shots downfield. Yesterday the Paclers defenses were daring is to do it and we never did. At the same time, a few times where we did throw it medium to long range, the passes were so far off it was ridiculous.
  18. well said f5
  19. Orton is still the best option at QB for now so there's nobody else. If you have a gripe with that, it should be with Whaley for not getting a better QB. But something tells me your happy with Whaley considering all the other moves he's made that have worked out.
  20. Watt should be the DOTY. With that said, Mario should be runner up.
  21. this. The play calls were correct most of the time in our losses. And some of our wins. The issue is execution. Maybe it's the QBs throwing terrible passes and making terrible decisions. Maybe it's the WRs running the wrong routes. Either way, the plays were right. The opportunities were there to be made. The execution is failing. It looks more like the QB than anything but it could be failure all around. Another way to look at it is... Would these QBs look better with a playoff caliber OC? Or Would this OC look better with a playoff caliber QB? they fall short because Orton throws the underneath routes on 3rd and 8 that are short of the 1st down instead of passing beyond the marker. Those plays are designed so that if the underneath WR is open to dump it off. Orton os the one not realizing that the players are in blanketed coverage short of the 1st down marker. That or maybe it's idiots like Chandler who consistently run routes 2 yards short of the marker.
