  1. All this back and forth and I can’t help but feel all warm and fuzzy that you are giving me so much attention. It’s almost like you and the OP are husband and wife.
  2. I came here to add the fact that Hamler likely that FA/trade spot that was posted oh what a sorry looking group of WRs
  3. lol. Yeah but I know 3 yards is ALMOST 10 feet
  4. Why isn’t this a poll? no not even close The homer fans are ridiculous. Everyone so quick to love everything they did and refuse to believe we are worse at the position this year.
  5. I disagree about it being the best opening day roster. The year with Sanders was probably the best. who really cares. We’re talking about the failures of our past here. Let’s stop living in the past and focus in our future. It’s sucks right now. End of story. If we make the playoffs this year I’d be shocked. lol. I will admit I liked Solomon. Can’t remember if I wanted another DE at this spot more. But I do like Solomon. Let’s hope this staff doesn’t ruin him and turn him into a 9 snaps a game rotational player.
  6. Is that like 4.61 on almost as fast as 4.3 in the 40? If it’s only 8 feet then it’s more like 4.61 is almost as fast as 4.35. Or somewhere in there. I’m not a mathematician like the OP or you apparently. but I do know that 10 feet is a significant distance in a race as short as 40 yards.
  7. everyone watch out for this guy. The grammar cop is here.
  8. No. I agree that the coach was terrible and not good enough. had the roster actually been better we wouldn’t have had to worry about having the coach steal games away from the roster all year and to end the season. we can be both. If the roster was good enough, we would have had reasonable backups to come in and cover Travis Kelce in the divisional round of the playoffs instead of some guy that sat on his couch all season.
  9. Hahahahahahaha. Your cute.
  10. You did see the part where I said “almost” right?
  11. Pretty sure every single one of these guys is faster than Coleman
  12. You do know a yard is 3ft right?
  13. We disagree. If they ALMOST won. Despite having all these issues you point out, then the roster wasn’t good enough. but I have argued multiple times that the bigger problem with this team is McD and I’ll stick to that. But the fact that we had a guy like Klein even suited up for a playoff game says we weren’t good enough. We had Williams there and McD choose not to use him. After he drafted him in rd3 the very same year. He choose Klein after sitting on his couch all year to a guy that was in his locker room all year. Jesus I can’t believe we have to relive this right now.
  14. I’m kind of there too. If he truly was “their guy” then why did they chance not taking him at 28 or 32? What happens if one of those 5 picks was Coleman? Then we’d be saying that AD Mitchell was our guy all along.
  15. Pretty much this. Not to mention that if Beane had this grand plan and was all set with WR before the Diggs trade, then why did he continue through this draft and only take 1 WR to replace the 2 WRs that we let go. let’s face it, we only took Coleman because Diggs was traded. If we didn’t trade Diggs they believed they were set at WR. hate to say it but I called that since the end of the season.
  16. No. I’ve generally argued that it was mostly our coach, gameplan, play calling, and terrible in game decisions, including adjustments, clock management, etc. so I don’t have much to say about this other than that. But overall, our roster was not good enough. Hasn’t been since 13 seconds really. Damn shame McD ruined our best shot at glory since SB25
  17. Someone else too I thought. It wasn’t just 1 QBs career. It was 2. I can’t remember the other one. But I do have a Moats autograph on a Bills football. Thought it might be worth something some day. Pretty sure i couldn’t get what I paid for the football now.
  18. And they could have just as easily missed the playoffs with a few less plays. So I guess we’re gonna argue about that. They made it tho. Great. Then did nothing with it. Decided to start AJ Klein at LB to cover the best TE in the history of the league after spending the year on his couch. Guess we’re just gonna have to disagree with how close we are.
  19. Yeah and they’ve lost in every game that matters in the playoffs too. I’ll defer to it trusting McD and his process. As they used to say…Show me the baby
  20. Yeah. That’s it. we won’t make the playoffs this year. And yes, next year we’ll be in the market for another WR. Like we are EVERY SINGLE YEAR. For whatever reason we just can’t find one
  21. I guess if you feel that way. I don’t. when you have a double Josh (Rodgers is not the norm) you surround him with talent and weapons as often as you can to help him succeed. At least if you’ve shown to be close multiple times but never accomplished the goal. After Diggs, they have never really tried to get him an elite WR. And honestly, they were hoping Diggs would be that. He was good in Min but he want top 5 WR in the league good until Josh. I think it’s pretty obvious that Josh brings out the best in his WRs. Look at Brown, Beasley, Diggs, Davis (we’ll know soon enough). They’ve all had their career years under Josh. Let’s surround him with so much talent that he gets even better. Instead we’ve declined in offensive talent since Beasley and Brown left. In top of the fact that since they left, the front office and coach have been using their departure as an excuse that they needed to get faster on offense. They needed more explosive plays on offense. They needed more big time plays on offense. And we have literally gone the opposite way since that’s happened. And what do we do this year? We trade away Diggs (and I was actually fine with this fyi) and don’t replace him with anything. I guess if you want to count Samual and his 850 yards and 3 TDs for a career high as replacing Diggs. But if that’s the case, you and I are in complete opposite ends of the spectrum on what we believe successful season is at the WR position. And we draft a ridiculously slow WR that’s like the clone of Gabe Davis, a guy we just let go in FA because he wasn’t good enough. I hope I’m wrong. I really really do. But my hopes are not high for this kid. They are not high for this team. And honestly, I’m sick of it.
  22. Dude. What does this have to do with my post? I never said anything about Coleman. I was talking about next year and having an extra 2nd and 4th after trading back multiple times this weekend.
