Police Shamelessly cite Terrorism in Patrolling Private Lots
mrags replied to Fingon's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
you already stated you think most cops are bad and you stay away from them at all costs. Except for when you need help. And that makes you a hypocrite. And if you feel that cops are all bad and need to go. What do you think should happen next? Who is going to do the job? Are you going to pick up a weapon and protect the rest of us? -

i didn't ask your opinion of good cops turning in bad cops. I asked if you would gladly accept a cops help in your time of need. Uou said you would and that makes you a hypocrite. -

i can tell you that I was a trouble maker growing up. I had many run ins with cops. I can tell you if you treat them with respect they will usually do the same. Is that always the case? Of course not. But that doesn't mean you should run from cops. Resist arrest. Break the law and think you can get away with it. I would like to see your response to the cops if you were being robbed btw. Or had something stolen from you. Or maybe someone was in the middle of assaulting you. Would you then gladly see the police? i won't comment because the officer was found not guilty of the things you said he was guilty of. End of story. IMO OJ was not guilty. That doesn't make him a good person. He was a POS. -

i never said it should. All I said is its his own fault. Had he not been in trouble with the law he wouldn't have been in that position to begin with. again, I think your assuming he was an innocent person not doing anything. Which is what this whole argument is about in the first place. If you are not breaking the law to begin with you will not be bothered. Which applies to Private Lots outside Ralph Wilson Stadium. -

you missed my point. Had he not resisted arrest and needed to be tackled and cuffed he would t have had that problem. He would have been sitting in the back of a cop car going to jail instead of dying. Better yet, had he not broken the law he wouldn't have been questioned in the first place. And I will not even comment regarding the "driver had his fun making sudden swerves" that was found not guilty. -

I never said he deserved to die. But I don't blame the cops for it. it's on him and him alone for the reason of his death. Had he not been breaking the law he wouldn't have been stopped. Had he not ran he wouldn't have been tackled. Had he not resisted arrest he wouldn't have received the injuries that killed him. How hard is it to get stopped, comply with orders and calmly sit in the back of a cop car? After all, if your breaking the law it's in you. If your not breaking the law the truth will come out sooner than later. -

well, he was a criminal. He was in possession of a weapon and he was running from police. Why was he running you ask? Probably because he was up to no good and still on parole from previous prison time while carrying a weapon. "Gray had a criminal record, on drug charges and minor crimes.[21] Gray had been involved in 20 criminal court cases, five of which were still active at the time of his death, and was due in court on a possession charge on April 24.[21][22] In February 2009, he was sentenced to four years in prison for two counts of drug possession with intent to deliver and was paroled in 2011. In 2012, he was arrested for violating parole but was not sent back to prison. In 2013, he returned to jail for a month before being released." -

hahaha. I would agree with you in certain cases and don't feel that all cops are honest. That would be ridiculous. But what do you feel about the Michae Brown case? A police officer that was being charged by a much larger individual clearly intent on harming him. Or what about the Freddie Gray case where 3 of the officers have recently been found not guilty? And how do you feel about the riots in those places that these things happened? You don't think individuals rioting and burning police cars and other buildings is a problem? -

maybe they were found not guilty because they were black and so was the "victim"?I think you were on to something earlier. -

yeah. I watch the news. I generally see people breaking laws and being confronted by police. Why do you stay away from cops at all costs??? What do you have to fear? If your doing nothing wrong or don't have a smart ass attitude because you were pulled over for a traffic violation you won't have a problem. Or are you in the wrong place with other criminals even though your a straight shooter? If so, get better friends that won't get you in trouble. Btw, I've mentioned all this and never asked once if you were black. It's a respect for authority thing. Not a racial thing. But I get it, F- the police. -

just curious. You sound like you know all this from experience. However you just said if we said it, we wouldn't be dead. Which makes me think you've never actually said F-Off to a cop because your actually here. -

June Movies: Independence Day, Finding Dory, & Free State
mrags replied to Mark Vader's topic in Off the Wall Archives
yeah. I know there were games before wow. I know there's a ton of lore in it. But let's be honest with each other. The only reason why there was even a remote chance of this game becoming a movie is because of the die hard WOW players. I dont take away from the lore. In fact I am glad they got to as much as they did. But realistically they would have been better off starting from WOW pre BC days for the first movie. Going in from there and maybe doing some prequels. Because as it is now, I think tuI movie did fairly poorly and I see them having a very hard time getting funds for additional movies at this point. watch it. Truste. It's nothing to get worked up about. Actually it'll help with your fears. Cause there is nothing there to scare you. i don't think I could ride it but only because I would find it a waste to spend $8 every time I rode it.

That was dumb. Before I watched the video I thought it was like a slide 1000ft to the bottom. Instead it's 45 feet from the 70th floor to the 69th.

seriously... What does the 5th amendment have to do with any of this? It's not about your freedoms to do anything here as a fan going to games. It's security throughout the area during a mass congregation of people. One that terrorists and other criminals thrive on. You want to have fun at the games and tailgates? What does a police officer standing 100ft away have anything to do with effecting that? Are you breaking laws? Well... Maybe you shouldn't be. Honestly, I bet if Hammer had first hand knowledge of someone doing drugs or breaking other laws in his lot he would have no problem throwing them out. Maybe Hammmer can chime in here too. some people live in their perfect little world where no bad things happen ever. Unless you live in Queens, Brooklyn, Chicago, Watts, or Long Beach. They all know too well, they watched Boyz N The Hood and Juice you know. -

peole who break the law usually say that. The ones who have nothing to hide usually don't care. They never said they were going to be searching you or your property with this. All they said was police will be in the lots. That always can be changed in the event the cop is a douche of course. -

still goes along with public intoxication or openly doing drugs. Or how about assault by table bomb. Public indecency. It's all public when people driving down the street can see you doing it. It's no different than if you were inside your own home, naked, with all your windows open for people to see you. You can still be arrested for public indecency. -

what rights are being infringed upon by simply placing police officers in public places where there is a congregation of tens of thousands of people? I'll continue to hold my stance that as long as I'm not doing anything illegal I won't be bothered. And that is what everyone is worried about. Maybe people shouldn't act like drunken idiots and they won't have an issue either. -

perfectly said. Another way is, if your not breaking the law and smoking blunts or doing other illegal activities, why should you care?
