  1. hes still human and could feel terrible for possibly ending the career of another player. Doesn't mean it was dirty
  2. wel, my first reply would be, first the league would actually have to fine him. And if they don't, do you feel any differently towards the hit? But then I thought, it's the NFL, they fine just about anybody for anything. Hell, you get fined for not wearing team color sneakers. They probably will fine him. That doesn't mean the hit wasn't a clean hit on a player that is too clueless to realize a guy is blocking him. Look back a few years ago in hockey. Was the Campbell hit on Umberger legal? Sure was. A guy with a huge hit on a player that couldn't keep his head up. Shame on them both for not paying attention
  3. he practiced blocking a player in whatever player was on the field at that time, during that play. It's not his fault AW doesn't have enough awareness to see a 200+ lb WR running straight at him to block him even though he was in front of him the whole way. 20+ years ago, Steve Tasker made a living off hits like this and people cheered for it. Oh, at least Bills fans did.
  4. AW was the man he was supposed to block on the play. Of course it was pre-meditated. He practiced it all week. I guess we can flag and fine players for doing film work throughout the week now too.
  5. No. It was a clean hit. With his shoulder. Not his fault Aaron Williams can't see a blocker coming at him. Hate to say it, Williams is probably done and he should be if he wants to walk after he hangs his cleats up
  6. What a joke of a game
  7. Goodwin is the reason we are not up by more
  8. my buddy is a certified master mechanic. He hated working on my Benz because the Germans pack so much into the tightest of places but simple stuff like Brakes, pads, rotors, whee assembly work was easy work for him. I would always pay him more than the case of beer but that's all he would ever ask for
  9. I didn't bother to read the link. But I'll go forward and say the only reason why Bush hasn't been good this season is.... Because he's never been good. He's absolutely terrible and always has been.
  10. id imagine at a dealer or a large well known shop... It's probably about where I would expect. I remember when I had my Mercedes, the dealer wanted to charge me more than that for the same thing. Had a buddy do the work for about $200 for parts and a case of beer for labor. A lot of times tho, you don't actually need calipers. But they charge you for them anyway. It's often just Pads and Rotors that need to be done.
  11. thats what I wanted to know
  12. im thinking this as well. Or possibly Glenn because he's supposed to die.
  13. Chicago is out of contention at this point. Why would they trade their only good player for a below average QB when they won't ge going anywhere anyway?
  14. 1st- WR (tall, fast, incredible vertical) 2nd- WR (fast, good route runner) 3rd- Safety (FS or SS) we need both. Aaron Williams can move position to position if needed 4th- OL help 5th- Kicker (Carpy sucks) Kelly in there somewhere if he falls to the 3rd or later which might be likely since he makes Johnny Manziel look like a church boy
  15. only because of me you mean. Since I offered it up to him hail to the true king i didn't get there really early or anything but 8-830. I would have expected a good chunk of spots taken but no where near as full as it was.
  16. I looked at him yesterday and saw why he's probabably not any good. Because he's way to small. Looking at his ankles, they were skinnier than some of the players wrists. Just an observation. He probably doesn't have the size or power to compete with DBs in this league. Roscoe Parrish was the same way. And Powell isn't even close to elusive or quick that Parrish was.
  17. hopefully the steelers defense puts a hurting on the Pats next week
  18. idk. Maybe they get a little bit of a surprise against them with no tape on their backup. Wait... Who's their backup ?
  19. I absolutely cannot wait to see the Accountant Jack Reacher And Inferno
  20. you have me down right?
  21. Anyone that thinks it wouldn't be a huge destination game for anyone and everyone is batchit crazy. Either you've never been to Vegas or you can't afford your own trip there without work picking up some or all of the tab. I lived there for 2 years. The amount of people that come in for absolutely no reason other than to drink and party and gamble their asses off is insane. Why not plan a favorite team away game into the trip while your going. And let's not forget that casinos give away event tickets like mini snickers bars on Halloween. The rooms are comped, the food and drinks are comped, the shows and events are comped, why not have a LV Raiders game comped too. Even if you aren't a fan of the team, you don't think, out of the 40+ million tourists each year you couldn't find 100k each Sunday during football season to take free tickets? It doesn't matter if the stadium would hold over 100,000 people. It will be a sell out each and every game. I'd bet the house on it.
  22. I'll apologize. Kyle is one guy that I am and have been wrong about for many many years. It seems like the last 4+ years I keep calling it Kyles last. I have been wrong. He has been injured at times and that has hurt him. But he just keeps proving people wrong.
