  1. lets not get too crazy here. It's not like he plays QB for the team. He still has a job to do and he sugar coats everything.
  2. I almost never hear him bad talk a player ever. He is always the most rose colored idiot I've ever heard. I get it he works for the Bills but sometimes it would be nice to hear him actually get into the players. I have not heard this about Gilmore, and id be surprised if he doesn't change his tune after a game or so. Making more excuses for him or anyone else
  3. where the F$&K do you live?
  4. my buddy recently had dinner at Giancarlo's in Williamsville and said he had a steak done this way. Said it was extremely good. Not his best ever but damn good. It's tough to top Peter Lugers or Riths Chris tho.
  5. I've done Advocare twice. Both times I lost about 15lbs in the 10 day period. And the. About 20-25lbs within the first 24 days. The problem is, it's a lot of water weight and you will gain of all back of your not disciplined. IMO, diets are all about lifestyle change. If you eat Jims Steak Out 5 days a week then the cleanse and advocare itself will work based in the fact that your not eating like crap all the time. But get where you want to be and then maintain as you eat crap a day or three a week and then more healthy the rest of the time and you'll be ok. My cleanse this past time went well. Still dieting without following Advocares plan. Everything else has been the same except I'm not using their products (the fibre and the pills). But a supplement shake for breakfast (I use Visalus, because it's the shake that tastes like a cake), 10 baby carrots and 16 almonds for a snack about 2-3 hours later, chicken salad for lunch, more carrots and almonds another 2-3 hours later, then chicken breast and asparagus for dinner. Drink a ton of water all day. Devide your weight by 2 and drink that many ounces a day in water. My biggest bane is soda. If I'm not dieting I'm drinking like a 2 liter a day. Just can't help it. But when I'm dieting I'm chugging flavored seltzer water for that flavor and carbonation. I'll have about 1-2 cans a day. Usually after lunch and dinner for a treat. Good luck with it. It will work, as long as you keep disciplined after its all done. But that can be said with any diet.
  6. i thought I saw him at the game tonight. I really hope he is there singing on a float. Would be awesome

  14. as someone that watched about the first 8-9 season of Supernatural, that was hilarious.
  15. He's not being utilized because Rex and his band of misfit coaches are idiots.
  16. Anything should be thought of
  17. We most likely would have won the Phons game but yesterday wasn't going to matter if we had Barry a sanders, Andre Reed, Chris Carter and Joe Montana in there, we couldn't stop Brady and our coach is still an idiot.
  18. Momma, I need a car
  19. this just isn't true IMO. Again, I'll say IN MY OPINION but Tom Brady was just a game manager when he won his first 3 with the Pats. Those teams were defensive driven. Much like Ben Rothlisberger when he won his 2. Defense, was the better unit in those teams by far. QBs that could manage the game and not make stupid mistakes. Eli Manning was in a similar situation, nobody has ever called him an elite QB, or even a great QB. But he's need average to good most of the time and had some season where he hasn't made stupid decision and lost games for his teams. Like when he won 2 SUperbowls against the Pats when their offenses were at an NFL greatest. Defense won those games as well. With that being said, a great QB will get you into those positions to be in the consideration of Super Bowl much easier than a really good defense will. What's crazy is he had such a good deep ball last year. This year.... Nothing
  20. tyrod is better than Orton. Hell, EJ was better than Orton, Marrone just wanted to save face knowing he was gone at the end of the season. But To answer your question, almost every QB we have had in recent memory has been better than that assclown Orton. He was terrible and jist like Saint Doug, he was collecting a check, looking not to get hurt, and retire with another $5m in the bank.
  21. after yesterday's and lay weeks performance and you still have rose colored glasses on I see.
  22. 2 more weeks will be the determination. But by mid November we will be singing the same song
  23. Hahaha. A good laugh on this day
  24. heres where I'm at. Although I don't believe we have a shot in hell of beating either team, I'm good for the next 2 games. However, if we lose those 2, I'm pretty much done.
