I think they’ll be pretty good all season then in the playoffs, McDermott will have them playing conservatively and we’ll all be disappointed. Then McDermott will draft another rd 1 DE in the draft. Rinse repeat
-
Technically if you count Isabella which you should because he played in multiple games, we had 6. But we’ll see this year. I’m not saying for sore there will be. But it appears that they may find a spot for an extra guy based on STs snaps, or that extra body for run blocking like they used Sherfield last year. Or maybe they can’t trust who they have with 6 and want to take extra bites of that apple. idk. They probably won’t because McDemott loves running the ball so much and seems to hate skilled WRs imo. So he probably won’t keep more than 6. But I personally think there’s a shot at it happening.

Joe Marino talks what the Bills have to do to beat KC in playoffs
mrags replied to Nephilim17's topic in The Stadium Wall
It’s exactly why it’s been pointed out multiple times in this thread, that Mahomes has a significantly higher passer rating in the playoffs, against the Bills. Because this loser coach is terrified and cannot get things right. He absolutely is good enough to beat them and good enough to win a SB. But the fact that he turtles in the playoffs is not arguable. He coaches not to lose. He’ll never win that way. -
I think they being in 7 this year. So I’d add Hamler, or Shorter to that list. I think Shavers and Isabella both clear waivers and make the practice team.

Pretty uninspiring pool for a 5m home if uuu ask me. and I have absolutely no idea why people have such an infatuation for shoes like this. Dude needs 2 closets for his shoes? Really?

Oh I thought we were going to get Arnold Schwarzenegger references in the worst Batman that’s ever existed. -

Instead we have pics of “just freeze” or something awesome like that -
lol. He’s still getting changed after practice. No chance he’s made it to the meeting room for his contract signing pics

Jefferson gets paid: 4yr, $140m contract signed

Your argument was that cousins wasn’t a good QB. At least that’s what I took out of it. -

Already been pointed out who was throwing JJ the ball. Cousins has 7 seasons with over 4k yards. lol -
I agree with this. It does nothing as far as a benefit. Other than Pegula and the Bills. Which is 100% why it will happen in OP. trust me, he will get something out of it. Throw in a few buildings in the site of the old stadium that they use for the draft as well as moving forward for the stadium somehow. it’s really a shame. I always used to be so excited at the thought of the Bills being relevant again. About the thought of the new stadium. About the thought of events like the draft happening here. And now the thoughts of this just make me sick to my stomach. Should have just moved the team to Toronto.
-
Right. But I firmly believe Money Bags TPegs will somehow get the state/county/city to pay for it somehow.

I’ve got Bills home game and home Playoff tix for sale if your feeling frisky.

I did the math. $15m spread out over the assumed to be 62k season tickets and you come up with like $240 per seat. So out of a $15k PSL we save $240? They can just keep it. Doesn’t make a dent.

Yeah no crap. You were missing my point. Neither is a good idea. But we’re going to get a draft for sure. I’d bet money it’s at the new stadium or on the front steps of it. So that Terry can show off his new toy.
-
Well if they did that, how angry would some of us be that they couldn’t just do that in the first place instead of building this $2B succubus That’s exactly why it’ll end up being there. after all, there’s absolutely nothing worthwhile downtown. Can’t hold the draft inside the dining room of Anchor Bar after all.
-
Um…. How? They set it up with a stage at one end, just like a concert. why? To show off their new digs to everyone. Which is the point of the whole thing to begin with. just because recent drafts have been up to 200k per day in attendance doesn’t mean that every draft has to be. Detroit set a record but that doesn’t mean they must set out to set a record every single year. And for the record I think it would be a bad idea having it in the stadium. Or in OP for that matter. It should be downtown. On the waterfront, or Niagara square, or Chippewa st. But then again, the stadium should be downtown and they messed that up so I don’t have faith in them getting it right.

lol. We’ll never get there. -
I went to the draft when it was real at Radio City. Even though they will be in my own town I still likely won’t go. Thought it was just 2026 and 2027 that were already taken. upon quickly looking on the interwebs, it appears that 2027 is not already accounted for but the Commanders are looking for the bid https://www.givemesport.com/major-nfl-market-aiming-to-host-the-2027-nfl-draft/

Well. People generally have no idea where they would put that many people. But it’s not super hard math. The record this past season in Detroit was for all 3 days. So you’re not fitting 400-600k people all in one place. Just 200k each day. Hell, between the fans going to the games, just going to tailgate, and the employees, workers in the area your easily over 100k every week anyway. And it’s not like people are cram packed into the the areas they can’t function. The only real issue is the terrible process of shutting down Abbott rd so that it only goes one way for like 6 hours on game days. Could easily fit 200k between the spaces of both the new stadium areas and the old stadium area.

So kind of like Sundays into Mondays. But instead of saying sleepover, say wasted. And instead of sleeping bag, say back seat of their Camrys until they can drive the next day. wait, what am I thinking, this is Buffalo on Sunday. People drive wasted all the time. 9 times out of 10 you won’t hit anyone or get a dwi.
