What I keep hearing Bills players repeating
mrags replied to Buffalo716's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think he meant that we haven’t had players buying into the coaches and their plans for this team in a long time. Or maybe it’s because we haven’t had a coach that’s engrained it into the team in a long time. Either way, it may be common with other teams to hear such things. But it hasn’t happened with this team in a long time -
Nope. I’m good with thinking he’s a POS and want him hurt. sorry your so butthurt about it.

This——-^ the guy is a freaking tool. It’s all BS. I love how he has said if it was anyone else, or not a $250k watch it wouldn’t be a big deal. No, it’s a big deal because no football player has ever worn a watch, period... because there’s no reason to have it on during the game. That is unless you like to flaunt how rich you are, or how “cool” and “hip” you are. Hes is a douche. Always has been. Here’s to hoping for an career ending injury to this @$$clown so we don’t have to hear about him anymore. ?

Josh Allen's "awful" 1st half...THIS is the article to read

Like I said. I’m a huge Allen fan and I hope I’m just overreacting. Exactly this -
[Vague Title] Which one of these are right SMH
mrags replied to Protocal69's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
That is my worry only because I’ve noticed on multiple occasions that Josh has severely underthrown his intended targets. Usually on the run, usually when he’s throwing across his chest. But still, it’s happened and it scares the crap out of me when I see him do it. What either or both of them say in the post game might be completely different about how it actually happened. Maybe Brown was looking out for Josh, saying he and his QB were on the same page and read each other on the particular play to make it look better than a screwed up underthrown pass. Maybe Josh was saying they were on the same page to make himself look better. Who knows. I’m with @Bills4Ever4Life when he said all that matter is that we win the game. Hopefully it continues and if it does I won’t care how they get there. For the record im a huge Allen fan and want him to succeed. He’s just had some underthrown balls that scare me and make me wonder if that was intended or just underthrown. -
Josh Allen's "awful" 1st half...THIS is the article to read
mrags replied to eball's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The only thing I didn’t agree with was the TD to Brown when he said it was a perfectly placed back shoulder throw. I could be wrong, but I thought I heard in WGR yesterday, some with the team said it wasn’t intended to be a back shoulder throw. That he just threw it up and gave Brown a chance at it. If that was Joshs intent to put it in that spot, then great, but if he just “threw it up for a chance at it” and that’s what we got, I’m not 100% super duper excited about it. I mean it worked and we won the game because of it, but that doesn’t mean it was an accurately placed throw like the article states. -
Those plays are beast

Should Shaq be starting instead of Trent Murphy?
mrags replied to GreggTX's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
No vote. I like the rotation. Both are playing good ball -
Is that Mac and Cheese as wet and soft as his blocking on the play that’s Allen got creamed and fumbled the ball?

Did anybody else notice the cheap shot on Allen?
mrags replied to CNY315's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Didn’t notice it in game but that is blatantly late and it’s shady at best -
Week 1: The good, the bad, and the missing
mrags replied to Alphadawg7's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
You’ll never hear me say they need to pass more or run more. But yesterday’s game plan was not good. At least it wasn’t after they turned the hall over the first few times. They should have slowed it down and ran a little to get a groove going. -
I’d be willing to bet that less than 25 teams in the league even have a true FB on their roster. I’m not doing the leg work to find out because either way I don’t care. Dimarco is useless. Id also like to state that even if it were true, and that many teams did utilize a fullback, I highly doubt they even bother to have him in the field when they only run the ball for 15 times the entire game.
-
First of all, These are 2 different arguments entirely. Anyone that thinks Duke Williams could or should be a TE should just end their lives now. They are clueless in life and using our good fresh air. But that doesn’t mean that Dimarco is any good at all or should deserve a roster spot on this team. @BADOLBILZ said it perfectly when he said that every time Dimarco steps onto the field he’s automatically the 11th best player on offense. I’d take it one further and say that he’s the 22nd best player on the field including the defensive players he’s going up against. Hell, he’s probably the the 94th (each team only suits up 47) best player on the field and/or sidelines anytime he suits up every Sunday. He is useless on this team. For every argument that he’s used as a decoy to find out about what kind of defense is running, etc. there is an argument that Yeldon, Gore, Lee Smith, Sweeney, a 6th lineman, anyone else for that matter, could line up in his place and be just as effective. Anyone that thinks Dimarco is useful at all should just keep watching him. He brings nothing to this offense or team that someone else couldn’t do without costing an additional roster spot for a useless fullback.

Week 1: The good, the bad, and the missing
mrags replied to Alphadawg7's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
He shouldn’t get a free pass on the fact they didn’t call a running play until the last play of the first quarter. Or only 4 times in the first half. Or the fact that he played Gore more than Singletary which everyone with eyes could see who was better. Or the playcall for a run up the middle of a sacked defense on 1st and 10 from inside your own 2 and ended up taking a safety. I get they they were moving the ball fairly well for the most part, but things could have been better and less predictable. -
Other than his 2 catches for like 6 yards I didn’t notice him at all.
-
I doubt it. They didn’t really run that much more in the 2nd half either. There were some differences. Mosley was out of the game. And the last drive was 3 straight runs up the middle. There was a few more runs but not much. The running game came from 4 great runs by Singletary. I won’t discount the blocking. It just felt in the first half like they should attempted some more.
-
Sure Would have slowed the game down a little bit for the offense. Given them some room to breath. Instead they ran it when they shouldn’t have, on the 1 yard line, backed up in their own end zone. A play action might have been a better option there.
-
Except the team did do what he wanted yesterday. They ran the ball like 4 times in the first half. Where did that get them? Zero points. All the sudden in the 2nd half they started running a little more and poof. They win the game. He was still right yesterday. He was bothered by idiot fans callling in like were the best team ever. We had 4 turnovers at the QB position. We shot ourselves in the foot multiple times in scoring position. We barely win the game. Yet people want to call his show talking about how we’re so great. Like we just blew out the Jets with no issues or anything. We barely won that game. And dare I say, if it wasn’t for the defense putting up a pretty good game, we didn’t deserve it. Some things went well but we better fix some things before we start calling in talk shows talking about we’re back.

The play before the 1st half 2-min warning
mrags replied to scribo's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Or if a defender pushes them or even touches them as they go out of bounds. Basically the runner has to go out on their own. Not be touched by a defender. And do it while moving forward and facing forward. They cannot go out backwards in their heels and still stop the clock. -
Mutiny in Miami after Blow out Loss
mrags replied to Golden Goat's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Awesome. Brand new coach, first game, and they are already shot as a team. Imo they were doomed before this game ever started. -
If that’s the case they should have some real shots down the field and they didn’t. Even the long plays today were barely considered deep balls.

[Name Only Title] Frank Gore
mrags replied to Brianmoorman4jesus's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Gore was not good today but it wasn’t all his fault. The playcalling and game plan didn’t give him any options. Never got him on a roll. And ran him to the outside too much like he was Singletary or shady. The coaches should be questioned about the use of Gore imo.
