Cell phones being pick pocketed is not the nfls problem when was the last time you were at a Bills game? Because last year I saw significantly less scalpers roaming the lots trying to buy and sell tickets. Usually they are falling over one another. This year I can’t remember many at all.

I don’t believe Anderson goes in Rd2 like many are saying. I think rd3 at the highest. Level of opponents will have a play in it imo. Montana state isn’t exactly on par with the LSUs of the college football world. i am not sure if Barnes will last that long. Good chance that because of his 40 time he goes earlier than expected. But is his 40 time is the only real reason he would go much higher than expected? If GMs and scouts think he’s more of a work in progress than worth their time, he may slide. Speed doesn’t mean everything. I like the tape on Melton. He likely doesn’t last that long, I agree. But not sure how much earlier. He could be one of the unfortunate players that get passed up by other WRs that blew people’s doors off in the 40. Even though he may be better.

A bunch of trade downs. Extra picks. Trade ups to get back into earlier rounds. ended up picking up an extra 2nd rounder next year as well. Love this draft. 45. Breece Hall, RB Iowa State 57. Jahan Dotson, WR Penn State 76. Jalyn Armour-Davis, CB Alabama 89. Daniel Faalele, OT Minnesota 100. Troy Andersen, LB Montana State 168. Thayer Munford, OG Ohio State 185. Amare Barno, EDGE Virginia Tech 203. Kalon Barnes, CB Baylor 231. Bo Melton, WR Rutgers 2023 BAL 2nd

Paper tickets have been removed by the entire NFL league wide. As of 2020. When a friend of mine and I upgraded seats in the clubs in 2019, our rep informed us that 2019 was the last year of paper tickets. The league wants everyone using electronic devises to enter. It cuts down on scalpers and fake tickets. It also gives the NFL better opportunities to maximize the secondary market. Also adding fees in all secondary transactions. we even asked about older people that don’t have smart phones or weren’t capable of figuring out the process and they basically said there was no plan in place for that. to my knowledge, you can now show up to the stadium at the will call window And request paper tickets for a $5 fee/ticket. But I think you will see them completely plain, paper tickets without any images or anything on them. Just game and seat information. I used to collect all my stubs as well. Been a season ticket holder since 2006 and I enjoyed keeping them all. But those days are gone. im hoping for the least year, or last few years of the stadium being open, they do something special.

Latest one. Post Diggs resigning, I’m assuming they will pick up a vet corner somewhere but even if they don’t I’ve got answers for that here. Because I had no belief that we would even be in the game for someone like Hamilton, I never really looked into him. But now that Diggs is signed to a crap ton of moolah, and Poyer is on his final year of his contract. I think we may be looking to trade up for some elite talent. Maybe it’s not Poyers replacement, but maybe it is. Maybe they just think they can go with a 3S type of defense. Hamilton is a specimen and can play multiple roles because of his size, speed, length, etc. so maybe we see a real change in defensive schemes in the coming year(s) because of big physical TEs, and fast WRs. Just a thought. I love this draft. Had to give up 25, and next years 1st, 2nd, and 3rd to move up to 9. But I don’t regret it at all. 9. Kyle Hamilton, S Notre Dame 57. Christian Watson, WR North Dakota State 89. James Cook, RB Georgia 138. Cameron Jurgens, OC Nebraska 168. Marcus Jones, CB Houston 185. Kyle Philips, WR UCLA 203. Justin Shaffer, OG Georgia 208. Josh Jobe, CB Alabama 225. Jordan Stout, P Penn State

Yeah I agree for the most part. But I do believe Williams is possibly the best WR in the draft and gives this offense the chance to be truly explosive for years if he works out. I like him more than any WR, my next favorite is Olave and unfortunately for me, he was available at 25. I think they are very close in terms of what we are really missing in this offense. After that I’m a huge fan of Dotson. But would much more like a trade back for some extra picks, or a move back up into the early 2nd to snag him. It just seems like every single mock I run, I try and find Dotson and way to get him between 25-40ish. So I wanted to try something different.

Let’s give Antonio Brown some Million Dollar love.

He just hasn’t gotten a fair shake. Ariens is proving to be a head case. AB was likely a case of a QB and HC don’t get along at all. Which is why Brady retired only to come back when he he had knowledge that tue Bucs organization was going to push Ariens out of the HC position. -
Ok. This is super ballsy and 100% with the expectation that this year they are truly in Super Bowl or bust mode. Traded first and first next year along with a 3rd in each year as well to move up to top 10 to get Williams (in almost every mock I’ve been running lately he doesn’t make it out of the top 10). Ended up giving up more to move up in additional rounds as well. All in all I ended ip trading away every pick next year except for the 2nd and 7th round. But came away with a kick butt draft. Imo. game changer at WR, future starting S after this season, and he can play some CB at the beginning of the season with White still being down. A potential starting CB, a solid backup OL and a potential starter in a year, our future #1 or at least #2 TE, and the punter of everyone’s dreams. gave up too much next year imo, and missed out on some guys I really hoped would fall but ended up missing out. But overall happy with everyone here. 12. Jameson Williams, WR Alabama 65. Jalen Pitre, S Baylor 70. Kyler Gordon, CB Washington 139. Cole Strange, OG Chattanooga 141. Jelani Woods, TE Virginia 167. Matt Araiza, P San Diego State

Omg I just looked his stats up. We should 💯 sign him. He would instantly be our best WR. His numbers are even better than Diggs. -
Epenesa might not make it to pre season he’s just not good. Pitre would come in as a CB and transition to S in a year or 2. Some mock sites even have him listed as a corner. we need corners. And even if not, let’s not act like a higher profile safety can’t unseat Hamlin. Moss is another one that may not make it to preseason. Unless he works his butt off this off-season he won’t be on the team come September. Ford has some serious speed for a RB and can do it all. There’s no doubt he might be able to replace Moss. kumerow is also barely a mock for the team. He’s been cut and resigned so many times in the last few years it’s unbelievable. The Bills, the Saints, the Packers, Patriots, and Bengals. For someone that everyone has so many good things said about him, he sure can’t do anything to stay on a team. In 4 years he has a total of 23 catches and 372 yards. All but 3 receptions and 50 yards of that has been with Green Bay FYI. and let’s not forget that Crowder is often injured, on a one year deal, McKenzie is only on a 2 year deal, Diggs is going to want a big contract going forward, and Davis will be up for a contract soon too. Phillips absolutely hate the ability to be a solid slot WR in this league. anyway, all of these players have ability to become role players on a good team that can maximize their traits.

Yes please on Gray and Barno Yes please. Or Darren Beavers

Ok. Lots of trading going on in this one. Traded back from 25 into 3 picks in the first 90, along with a 3rd, 4th, and 5th next year. Then traded back into the early 2nd by giving up a 1,2,3 next year along with some misc picks in late rounds. A few other trades moving back a few spots for extra picks. Missed out in Araiza because of this . I don’t think this is ever remotely possible but boy would it be fun. 40. Jahan Dotson WR Penn State 41. Breece Hall RB Iowa State 57. David Ojabo EDGE Michigan 64. Jalen Pitre S Baylor 89. Jalyn Armour-Davis CB Alabama 115. Cole Strange OG Chattanooga 116. Jalani Woods TE Virginia 130. Troy Andersen LB Montana State 145. TSW Mock Draft Buffalo Bills Poll - Who should the Bills take at 25?
mrags replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall
I feel like that would be a very good argument for Jalen Pitre also. Draft him in the 2nd round as a CB for this year. Move him to safety in the next year or 2. And then go draft another CB in rd 4-5 for insurance. -
FYI: Josh Allen #3 in NFL QB Index. Featured on NFL Network 3/30

Could be worse. Could have said BetaMax -
Yeah. I pretty much said Allen was a god already. doesn’t diminish Baker in the least. It Baker is definitely better than what he’s been on the Browns. That organization has screwed him up beyond fixing most likely.

I’m done arguing this point with anyone. We clearly don’t have a true number 1 RB (Singletary last numbers have proved that). We definitely don’t have a RB that offers us the ability to be on the field as a 3 down back (Beanes need for McKissik, Johnson, and Breida have proved that). We don’t have a game changer at the position. We don’t have a player that defenses and coordinators have to game plan for. And that makes our offense more one dimensional than it needs to be. of course we can win with what he have. We have proved that. Of course we could win the SB with what we have, last year would have proved that if McDermott didn’t decide to go prevent defense with 13 seconds left. Of course if there’s better players than a RB at pick 25 we should take them. My argument is, and has always been that if the top 4-5 WRs are gone, if the top 2-4 CBs are gone, if Hall or another RB they see as the best at the position, and the best player in the board at 25 or even later rounds. They should take him. We are definitely handcuffed by what we Currently have in our RB room. Another 3-4th round pick likely won’t fix that. everyone has their opinions. I’m not going to bother trying to change anyone else’s anymore. Believe what you want. And I hope you all stay true to your displeasure with the pick of an early round RB if it happens.
-
That’s exactly why you draft a really good one early and maximize the time they are actually good. Both bolded points are exactly why I would not resign a RB to a 2nd contract. It’s a once in every 5 year investment. And if your lucky, while you have your stud, you can do the whole, 3rd round shot and hope he pans out in between and you created more than 7-8 years before you need to draft another high one. Nobody said you needed an Elite RB. But you do need one that can do it all. Run. Catch. Block. And do it every down. Nobody is saying all those RBs on the list are elite. Or any of them for that matter. But they were all the true number 1 at their position on the team at the time. Every single one of them. Motor does not do that for you.

Looming Stefon Diggs Contract situation - What do you do?
mrags replied to CountDorkula's topic in The Stadium Wall
Voted to trade him. But that comes with many what if’s. If he wants a Hill type contract? No. If he becomes a Hill type diva? No. If we don’t draft a WR this year to potential replace him? No. If we don’t win a SB this year and have one more year of Diggs in win now mode? No. Every what if changes things. -
Woolen scares me because he’s from such a small school. But his numbers are off the charts We literally have 3 holes on this team right now. RB, CB, OL. And the fact is you won’t get the best CB or IOL with 25 but can get the best RB at 25. The drop off from the 4th or 5th best CB and the 7-8th are slim. Same at IOL. Beane always goes for Best Player Available. Period.
-
RBs are a dime a dozen. Really good ones are as rare as hens teeth. yea, look at the QB and WR combos. You added Allen and Diggs, so….. are you saying we don’t have our WR and QB set already? Or are they? I’m confused. Henry and the Titans are not nearly the same because they have Ryan Freaking Tannehill as their QB. Same as the Colts with Wentz. They win in spite of their QBs not because of them. Completely different when you have one of, if not the best QB in the league. And are kicking the door down for a Lombardi Trophy. And the Rams would have started Akers all year long had he not been injured. Just did it for you
-
Unfortunately for your argument, Beane has proved you wrong. They have had plenty of opportunities to sign her FAs at the CB position and haven’t done so. And we all know how Beane doesn’t like to leave holes going into the draft.
-
Chiefs wasted a pick because they drafted the wrong RB. If they had Taylor they would be even more unstoppable than they already are. I 100% agree with this. normally I wouldn’t recommend a RB in the first. But if your picking in the late 20s. You have a need for the position. And you are on the doorstep of the Super Bowl for the foreseeable future. You pick the best available one and ride him out for the 4-5 years that your window is open. that’s all unless you get a better difference maker at another position. again, everyone wants to think I would take Hall over Dotson, Olave, Williams. I wouldn’t. Corner I generally wouldn’t either but the fact is, thisboffense could be significantly different in a year and you could be with only Davis at WR. Crowder and McKenzie could easily be gone. After that you have Davis on a rookie deal who’s going to want more money. And Diggs who will want to be paid near the top of the league. So I am all for giving Josh targets that will take him through his prime years. Something the Packers never did with Rodgers.
