This is 100% correct. And this is exactly the reason why we should make a play for OBJ. As much as I like McKenzie, and as no I as he is a great team guy, he is no ODB. This offense would be incredibly better with someone like OBJ. Shakir is very good and will be the future of this team a slot. But not yet. After we win the Lombardi this year should be fine.

For everyone that wants to argue that our OL sucks at run blocking. I will not even begin to argue with you. You may be 100% correct in that. the fact is that a really good RB can hide the bad play of an OL. You might want to say that a really good OL can hide the play of a bad RB. This is true. But…. The fact is we would have to replace both guards and possibly our center to help hide that. It’s much easier to replace 1 RB than it is to replace 2 or 3 OL. Not to mention it’s easier to get a true stud RB with a 1st or 2nd pick than it is to get a stud IOL late in the first or 2nd rd.

I stated in my response it had to do with discipline and parenting. “Kids these days” absolutely has a connection regarding this though. There aren’t too many kids I know or have met that are completely spoiled and/or not grateful for what they have. Including experiences, material things, etc. yes I know there are good kids, but there’s a huge of them that are rotten little humans. And it has everything to do with parenting. And as I said before that all started when people became vilified for disciplining their children. im choosing not to continue to argue about this anymore before I completely tip someone, or tip myself and get banned for the foreseeable future.
