  1. Because he loves his team and is sick of them making terrible decisions that cost us games when we should be and could be better?
  2. Well. That answers that then. I think Beane should be fired. Because I think he’s failed at drafting overall. yes I know we have plenty of guys that he’s drafted that have been good or even great. But overall I think he’s been bad. ———-^ this
  3. I don’t trust Mc-Beane to draft any DE ever again. They’ve shown they are terrible at it. Groot was as sure a pick as you could get really when and where they got him. I give them almost no credit for that. Yet he still hasn’t stepped up enough to produce where he should imo. AJ, Boogie, Bam Johnson. All disappointments imo. Johnson was probably the best one of the 3. But because he was a late round pick and AJ and Boogie were early picks they kept the wrong one.
  4. Edmunds is overrated and didn’t deserve that much. I haven’t liked him as our starting MLB and I’m glad he’s gone. Dawkins is extremely overrated and doesn’t deserve the money he’s making. He’s only making that much because we suck at drafting players and they have no shot at finding a replacement. My guess is, when his contract is up, unless he takes a pay cut, or moves to LG, he’s gone. But who knows, we probably won’t find anyone in the next 2 seasons to replace him so we’ll just overpay for him like we do to everyone else that’s a fan favorite but overrated for what they provide.
  5. Blah blah blah. Fact is we don’t start rookies often and the fact that most of them haven’t been very good either is promising
  6. I personally think they will go to the DT pool multiple times this draft. I’m not saying to take all of them, but I like these guys at these spots. Siaki Ika in the 2nd rd Keeanu Benton in the 3rd rd Keondre Coburn in the 4th or hopefully later Jerrod Clark in the 5th or later
  7. Out of 45 picks that’s not promising.
  8. I’d be shocked we don’t go with Brown at RT. Even if we were to draft one in the first round, McD hates playing rookies so I’d still expect Brown to start.
  9. Nope. We just order them and eat them. It’s really not that big of a deal. It’s the people that don’t live here that make some big thing of it.
  10. Just wait until they dig up another Indian burial ground
  11. But he didn’t because he’s now old and breaking down. Hell now have missed the equivalent of 2 seasons (assuming he’s not ready by October) in the last 5 years. Because he’s old. hope I’m wrong and I do believe he’s an absolute freak and warrior. But Father Time never loses.
  12. I’d take Poona Ford all day long. The height doesn’t worry me. It’s the girth (that’s what she said). He’s shorter than Kancey but has 40lbs on him. That’s hilarious actually for a DT. And it’s not like Ford is a monster at DT. He’s jag. no to Kancey please
  13. Really? The guy hasn’t had a 10 sack year since 2018.
  14. This———-^ Please god, do not draft this guy. Undersized just like Oliver. Compared to Donald. Lol. He should just be compared to Oliver. He looks on tape more like a DE than a DT and that’s probably where he ends up. If not it’s a shame. People just need to realize that Donald is a freak and another like him likely won’t be seen in a very very long time.
  15. Not to mention that at 13-3 they shouldn’t be a liability but they are. Between the OL and the DL I don’t know what’s more of an embarrassment. Spending an absolute ton of money and resources in the DL for them to be as terrible as they are, or spending almost no money or resources on the OL and expecting something out of it.
  16. You live in SD. So you can shed some light on this for everyone. How far from the stadium is downtown SD? I’ve been there but it’s been over 20 years so I can’t really recall. Google maps says 15 minutes from the stadium to downtown SD. Also showing an approx population of 1.38m people and population in the metro area of 3.3m. the stadium was also built in 1967 at a time when Mission Valley was in early development. From dairy farms up until the 60s to I80 opening up right through it for development. In the early to mid 60s there was construction with hotels and shopping malls in the area. wow. Imagine that, building a stadium in a place in hope for more development. The fact that it didn’t help in the immediate area of mission Valley is lost considering San Diego itself grew from approx 1m resident to 3.3 from 1967 to 2023. Buffalo in that same time has regressed from approx 500k to 280k. But more importantly, the town of Orchard Park grew from approx 15k to 30k. In an area that was never set up or expected to develop.
  17. Whatever you feel like telling yourself to make the cities/states terrible investment sound better. the only people that benefit from this deal is the Billionaire Pegulas who opted not to pick up the extra slack for a domed stadium, or downtown where it might do some good. also hilarious that you talk about other cities suburbs that have more population than Buffalo. Meanwhile we build another stadium in Orchard Park with its 29,000 residents. Again, Kettles, Big Tree, Danny’s, and The Prospector should have career years as soon as the new stadium is built. Yay for us.
  18. Brisket is in another stratosphere. Insane how much it’s been built up
  19. No. But compared to the humidity in Buffalo, they are both too dry. Lol. Last I was in Phoenix was around 2005.
  20. I used to travel to the Phoenix quite a bit when I lived in Vegas. Had a cousin that lived in Tempe(I think). I really liked it there. Too dry for me honestly. But that was many years ago. I may embrace that now. Lol
  21. In Vegas they were the only place you could get any decent wings at the time. This was back in the early 2000s though. Things are different now as Vegas has probably tripled in population since I lived there.
  22. I used to be an Ass. GM if one of the busiest BWW in the country in Vegas. Moved back to Buffalo and passed up on opportunities to manage them in the area. In Vegas it was franchised (at the time, not now) anywhere else is corporate. I couldnt stand the differences and the ways they were run. Also the fact that I went from one of the top 10% of 500+ locations to bottom 10 of 500+ locations didn’t help. Nobody in Buffalo NY goes to BWW for wings. I currently work for the state. After a few year stints at BWW and Ingram Micro.
  23. Yeah that draft won’t ever happen. Lol.
  24. I never blamed the people of WNY. I’m fully aware it’s the politicians. It’ll never change in western New York. I also don’t plan on being here forever either. I lived in Vegas for a few years and moved back because this place was home. I missed it. Unfortunately I have come to the realization that things aren’t and won’t ever be what they could and should be. When the time comes and I retire I will be out of here, hopefully not to come back too often.
