Not saying this is you fyi. There’s been an absolute ton on the topic. But The thing I love the most is the people that don’t live in the area, or even go to games talk about what the stadium should or shouldn’t be.
-
Well. We agree on that. Assuming we have a good RG next to him. I’m not 100% on what they plan on doing. Personally, I’d rather take one of the top Guards in the draft than a tackle. Or if you managed to get Wright, or Dewand Jones. Or someone dominant at LT and move Dawkins at LG and I firmly believe you would have upgraded 2 spots on the OL with one being drafted.
-
So we agree that we should just build a dome.
-
We can’t say the same thing about Brown at RT though?
-
In our new stadium? Yeah, pretty much everyone not in the clubs or in the last 8-10 rows will get wet when there’s rain.
-
I see it every week we play that Dawkins isn’t that good at LT. So I guess we’ll just have to figure something out.

I’m not a fan of Bernard either. He was a terrible pick at the time. but to think Sanders could just add weight is false hope. At least on this team. Epenesa lost 40lbs when he came here. Rousseau hasn’t gained a pound since he was drafted. At least the Bills have him at 266 and that’s the same exact weight he was drafted at. Oliver certainly hasn’t gained any weight. Listed at 287 currently on the roster and was drafted at 287. I’ll give you Edmunds. He was listed at 236 when he was drafted and now weighs in at 250. So he gained 14lbs. However he still gets bounced out of plays by undersized blockers. Gets lost in the mayhem on the line. Always been a huge issue with what separated him from being just a good LB to a great LB imo. Maybe it’s just his play style. either way, I don’t want another undersized LB that gets pushed around in the pile. But chances are, with this coaching staff and FO, that’s exactly why we’re going to get.

move Dawkins to LG
-
Because he’s small/undersized as a MLB in this league. 233? Hell get blocked out of the play by small WRs at that size.
-
Fwiw I think I remember Josh saying he prefers ranch to BC

Fixed it for you.

That thing looks pretty awesome. A little jealous. Not gonna lie. Watching the video of the people in charge of bringing this stadium to the forefront and it makes me angry that ours was/is being handled so back alley. Just like everything else in the area, or state, someone always has to have some benefit along the way to get something done. Seems they are all about bringing an arena to an area for the betterment of the area. Where as we are building an arena just for the purpose of, we’ll, if we don’t hurry up and get this done we may lose the team. We’re always getting things done because we need to or else. And we suffer because of it. https://www.evertonfc.com/news/1294098/everton-reveals-vision-for-new-waterfront-stadium

Will DeAndre Hopkins be available this offseason?

This is where I’m at and have been at. It was criminal to expect a rookie OC get the job done in an “all in” year last year. He came in like gangbusters early in the year too, but then faded as the other teams got tape on him. And as the season got more grinding and we didn’t have the grinders on offense. im with you, I hope he grows and makes a huge step. More importantly, because I just believe Josh is so good it probably doesn’t matter who our OC is, I just hope they get him some toys and help blocking. Do that and I’m not saying it won’t matter who our OC is, but it’ll hurt a lot less of Dorsey or anyone else for that matter is a dud. -

I think you mean, McDermott did hire Beane. Whaley was let go what, 2 days after the draft and Beane was hired immediately. -
My seats are in the middle in section 123. Seats 14+15, dead center. I only have to let people by like 6 times a game at the most. And that’s usually the drunk idiots that are in the wrong section completely.
-
I understand what you’re saying. I just think there’s a certain number of seats or % of seats that are available to the public after season ticket sakes. I’m not sure they care. They will likely sell them either way to ticket brokers/scalpers.
-
Pat fans are some of the worst. Problem is most of them are just from Canada. They follow whatever team is hot at the time and come down en masse.
-
In the clubs it wasn’t exactly the even rows but I can tell you row 10 in the Toyota clubs were deeper than the other rows. I found that out by sitting in like 100 different seats all over the stadium on a tour before we bought the clubs.
-
Only issue with isle is how many times throughout the game you have to get up for people coming and going to the bathroom/bar/etc. being right in the middle of the row has its perks. You don’t have to deal with people every other play. Just a couple times a game

Ettiene and Hall would have been amazing for this team. count me in the side that believes Cook can be an every down back though. And since I don’t think anyone is worthy of a first round pick this year, the addition of Harris and resigning of Hymes, I don’t believe it’s worth it to take an early round pick on a RB this year.
-
Great. Listen to a QB from the eta where RBs were special in this league. thomas sanders smith Watters craig payton dockerson faulk martin bettis almost every good team had a really good RB. while I’m firmly a believer to draft an early round stud at the position I don’t think this is the year. I know, everyone loves Bijan. I just don’t see it. I just find it funny that for years nobody wanted an early round RB now all the sudden those people are changing their minds and want one. Right @IronMaidenBills

to my knowledge they don’t fill the stadium 100% with season tix holders. They have a limit at 55k or 60k or something like that, I think. They just keep individual game tix available per league rules I believe. So this actually helps those numbers. I’m not 100% in this but makes sense.

100%. I just think McD gets his wish for what players he wants in upcoming drafts. Dion Dawkins could come out tomorrow and retire and we’d have a boring hole at LT and they would still draft defense with their first few picks. It’s the misery that we live in as Bills fans. Unfortunately -

Elusive was a fat finger iPhone fix. Supposed to say “believe he will ever get us there”. I like McD and Beane very much. But the fact is they haven’t won in the playoffs with conviction. -loss to jags -loss to Texans after a huge halftime lead -barely beat Indy -barely beat Baltimore with the help of some defensive heroics -got out played, out coached, out classes by Chiefs -I give them credit for destroying a sub par Pats team that came into a buzz saw -had the Chiefs for the win and a shot to host the AFC champ game and 13 second debacle -barely best 3rd string Skylar Thompson -got completely out classed, put coached, out played, and embarrassed at home, against Bengals and their 3 backup OLinemen The fact is, Allen is heading towards 30 years of age it seems quicker and quicker. It won’t be long before his superhero plays are long behind him. And with the team that this FO has put together, I’m not so sure Allen can do it without being a superhero. It’s a team game and he’s had limited resources to deal with. Starting with the DLine rotation and all the draft picks and FA spending they’ve done just to keep 8 sub par players rotating on a regular basis. And it ends at all the overpaid STers that don’t excel at any particular position other than gunner on kicks/punts. Paying guys like Matakevich, Jones, Kumerow multiple million dollar contracts just to get in 12 plus a game is idiotic at worst and bad management of salary cap finds at best. I just hope it’s not too late when we don’t actually win one and realize we’ve squandered the best years of the best quarterback/player to ever don a Bills uniform.
