We already traded for Hopkins. Now we want to draft another WR that won’t see the field? -
Will DeAndre Hopkins be available this offseason?

I’d much rather address OL and take LB later. In fact If these were the options I probably wouldn’t take OL here either. But if I had to choose, I guess I’d prolly go with Avila, Schmitz, or Mazi. Because I believe all of them will be good players in this league. Avila or Schmitz would start at OG this year and likely replace Morse within a year or 2 for the foreseeable future. And Mazi is a man among boys and will be a starting DT in this league for years. -

Great. Another undersized DT. What could go wrong -

Not a huge fan of any of these players at this spot. Imo could trade back another 5-10 spots and still get any of them or something similar. I’d rather pick up extra picks. Just my opinion. That’s because very one has been brainwashed into thinking Campbell os the next coming of Ray Lewis. He’s not. -

Can we have another trade back option? -

They will probably host it in the new stadium. And it will be freezing rain that day. Just to show that we should have built a dome. calm down people it’s a joke -

I’m guessing it’ll be in Buffalo once the new stadium is built as well. But I don’t think it’ll be IN the new stadium. Maybe I’m wrong. what would be really cool actually is hosting it in the Ralph. One last send off before they tear the thing down -
Always happens in NY. Unless your NYC

Yup https://www.sbnation.com/platform/amp/nfl/2013/3/6/4070486/nfl-draft-movie-kevin-costner-bills-browns I really remember it differently when it happened. Oh well. Awesome job by NYS again. We keep winning. Doing all the things we can to ensure that people don’t want to be here.

We never talked about plan C

Actually I think the Bills were supposed to be the team but they didn’t want to be used as the main story because they thought it might make them look bad. Idk.

Amazing story. So sorry to hear about the loss of your wife. I was at the draft at Radio City in 2009. We just signed T.O. And I had An Owens jersey within a few days. Went to the draft. Had an amazing time. Met some longtime friends. Met Goodell and the late “professor”, John Clayton. Unfortunately we drafted Aaron Maybin. -
Honestly. I would have put it in right now. But I just noticed Tango and Cash is on and I haven’t seen this glorious movie in like like 20 years and I’m kinda into it.

Love the movie. Usually watch it every year just before the draft. Think I need to pop it in the old blu ray player tomorrow morning

TSW Mock Draft 3.0 Poll - Who should the Bills take at #27
mrags replied to Virgil's topic in The Stadium Wall
Don’t disagree that they might have too much faith in him. personally I don’t dislike Brown. Think he’d be much better with someone next to him that’s competent. He has been next to schmucks at RG since he got here. Absolutely zero help. Just my opinion. but I also don’t assume he is or will be good either. I’m all for drafting a OT. Just not sure one will be good enough to draft at 27 or 59 depending on who’s there when we draft. I do however feel like we could get one of the better IOL like Avila, Schmitz, Torrence and give Brown someone to grown with. -

I believe you are right on this NE. But I also think the Bills are much more comfortable with Brown than most of us are or think they are. im also not sold on the IOL. Morse is a lock, and considering what they gave up money wise, I’d say McGovern is a lock as well. But not sold on the other OG spot. Add to that the possibility that Morse is closer to retirement than most think. If you could get Avila, or Schmitz you take them in the 2nd round and get a starter at OG this year and a replacement for Morse in the future. JMO -

We have really good Safeties, and corners, an elite Nickle corner, and an extremely good OLB in Milano. I’ll take the chances with Sewell being a thumper and hopefully be able to stop the run again -

I think the key to Az doing the deal even though they may not have first round grades in these guys, is the option for a 5th year option on someone. And because they are preparing to cut him for nothing and spend $8m to do it. Sewell at 91 or after please. -

Yeah. That’s all part of waiting until draft day imo. If there’s someone there they believe is worthy of that, they don’t make the DHop trade. -

I think this right here is exactly why they should trade the 27 and 3rd round pick to Arizona for DHop and their 2nd and 4th round picks. Because the talent level isn’t there early in the draft. Get a sure thing with DHop and you don’t overpay/draft someone in the 1st that doesn’t have the first round talent. downside to that is, and it’s exactly why I think of this trade happens it happens on draft day. Is every team has different values on certain players. Maybe the Bills would be ok making the trade but only if Xxx player is already gone. There’s a good chance that Az will make the trade anyway because they seem to want to dump DHop. So get something for him while you can. Or have to cut him and eat $8m for nothing. -

I could see them moving back from 27 to early 30s and targeting him there. personally I don’t want Campbell. Not a huge fan of him. But if he’s what they want and think he will be a good player then I guess I’ll back the decision. I personally don’t think he’ll be that good though. He’ll be a mix between Edmunds and Poz imo
