Well. In defense of the people that are making more of it than you’d like, Takeo Spikes himself said it made him feel like he was in timeout. So much so that he left the game early because of the terrible view. So…. Apparently the actual player himself had an issue with it and mentioned it on social media. Which is literally something.

I’d rather put packages in like a 4-3 and have Von at the other OLB spot where he blitzes, or maybe Floyd could take that spot and could either blitz or cover. He’s covered before and he’s not extremely terrible. And we all know he can rush the passer

My guess is the teams do do this. Or at least offer it. I think the biggest overrated stat of all is how many M&Ms @Gugnycan fit into his mouth. Last year at one of the tailgates he tried to impress me, or hit on me I’m not sure. He was able to fit 94 peanut M&Ms into his mouth.

This this this I’ll add this. Maybe we’re wrong. Maybe McD does fix it. Maybe he is better. More aggressive. More stout against good teams. Not suspect at the worst times. But if that’s the case, why wasn’t this move done sooner. Why did we all have to live through .13 and still have to come back last year with the same lame duck DC. It’s because in the end it’s McDs defense all along. It’s what he’s wanted all along. Again, I hope we’re proved wrong. It’s almost time to find out. Can’t wait for 6 more days.

This. I didn’t read the article. But just because you are putting in a ton of work/hours doesn’t mean anything. You could absolutely suck at your job and put in a ton of time and work and fail miserably. For an nfl example. Does anyone here think that with unlimited amount of preparation and work, Nathan Peterman could out perform Josh Allen? I get that even the sun shines on a dogs &$$ sometimes. But in actuality, Josh would defeat Peterman 99 times out of 100 just walking into a game with no prep and no practice.
