Well that Seals it Josh Allen # 1 over all

I refuse to watch the video or read any more than I have already. I often see things like this daily; drug and mental health...I don't need to see someone else's issues online. We all don't need to armchair QB his problem. Let Zay get the help he needs and see what comes of it.
-
I don't see it w/ this kid....been watching for a while, just making sure the workout IS on Nickelodeon?
-
They're taking what every other person who has a drug problem is taking. Let's not assume it was drugs. Maybe he had a mental break. It happens all the time. I see it all the time in my line of work. People do weird things, as if they were on drugs. The body is a mysterious thing at times.

Get Hurns, Drop Zay ... Just your typical NFL WR breakdown after a laced weed high and realizing he CAN'T catch a football.

Exactly, WAY too many to name...many already named. I'll go somewhat local, Y&T

I hate the car buying process. I went in w/ every intention of buying a new SUV once I no longer needed my Nissan Armada. After driving several smaller SUV's and a Subaru, I narrowed the choice between two vehicles...a Nissan Murano and a Subaru Outback. Nissan never would deal honestly. I don't think I ever got a price from them. One cool thing about Subaru, I found a dedicated website where people posted the prices they paid and for what model, etc...and what dealerships they got the best prices from. Two dealerships in the South Bay Area were offering prices WELLLLLLLL below dealer prices. Nobody would touch them, I emailed every dealer in Northern California. I went to my car buyer here, so I wouldn't have to deal w/ a dealer to find me the same price. He could not, in fact he didn't believe me I found those prices...and he buys cars every day for people. I texted my local dealer and he was willing to come w/in $500 of those great prices. I dove in, so I wouldn't have to drive the hour + to deal w/ strangers. Subaru was extremely easy to deal with. I don't know about anywhere else, but it seems like Subies are dang near every other car out here. They don't care, the cars will sell themselves. My advice, find a website (not your car buying websites), but a dedicated site to a certain vehicle like this... http://www.subaruoutback.org/forums/138-gen-5-2015-present/158858-msrp-invoice-purchase-price-thread.html is extremely helpful. I knew what to ask for and what cars were going for at many dealerships.

When we bought our new car last year, our "trade in" had some bogus accidents and a mysterious salvage note on the CarFax report. Needless to say they didn't want it and we had to clear up all the bogus reports (which was no problem). I was going to sell it to a friend for $8k, when he backed out I took it to CarMax. They offered me two prices, the KBB cash offer which was extremely low and their own offer which was $8500. I knew I could have sold the car for more, but I too didn't want to deal w/ the BS of trying to sell it. I took the CarMax offer. Easiest vehicle transaction I've ever done.

Veteran QB: It all comes down to FOLES / MCCARRON!
707BillsFan replied to IgotBILLStopay's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
There should not be any more bidders for Foles (if there even was any to begin with). Eagles are in a bit of cap hell. They need to dump salary. If their demands are too high, they keep Foles and have to cut other areas where they may not want. They'd probably have to come down in their demands to relieve some pressure...if Foles, is in fact, in play. -
Cordy seems to be a breaking down a bit; 16 starts last two seasons. He can turn it around, but it appears he's been replaced...thus expendable. We move up to possibly get a QB in this years draft. How can you not like it?
-
Go figure, my two favorite teams have GM's by the name of Beane and they both can't stop making deals. Love this time of the year!
-
Ok, it seems like we moved up 9 or 10 spots, gave up Glenn and either 21 or 22. I'm good w/ that. I think. Maybe. Sure. Also swapped picked in the 5 & 6th rounds. I'm assuming we get their 6th, they get out 5th.

Who do you want for a veteran qb?
707BillsFan replied to Steptide's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I don't see it w/ Bridgewater. He did nothing before he got injured. Mediocre passing w/o the ability to run, so if you're looking for a Tyrod upgrade, it's probably a downgrade. The mind has the ability to be forgetful once you haven't seen someone in a while. Hmm, that old girlfriend...I wonder what she's up to. I have a good friend who's a Viking fan. He also doesn't see it in Bridgewater. We had a conversation about our teams QB issues on Friday (before Tyrod was traded). At the time, it appeared we'd be keeping Tyrod for another year. He's not sold on the thought of Cousins being their QB (seems more possible today). The consensus though, Bridgewater not a viable option to start...anywhere. -
Who is this year's Ryan Leaf?
707BillsFan replied to ChicagoRic's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Never liked the Leaf comparisons. How about who will be the next EJ Manuel / JP Losman? Keep it close to home. Just don't pick someone who goes by initials for their first name and Bills will already be in a better place (that also goes in line w/ CJ Spiller). -
Philly deadline to get under the cap: Nick Foles
707BillsFan replied to IgotBILLStopay's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think my response was in relation to the original question, can the Eagles knock off the $9 million needed w/o having to trade Foles. The quote seemed to make sense to me, as his cap mark is $7.6 million, so I copied. Nothing more, nothing less. I do see him as a viable QB option though at a rather inexpensive price. -
With our new OC, no Tyrod and a new QB on the horizon, I think I can safely say...we won't need a punter next season. TD, FG or bust. Respect the Process

Philly deadline to get under the cap: Nick Foles
707BillsFan replied to IgotBILLStopay's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Saw this: "Foles is clearly a player the Eagles don’t want to give away for nothing, but keeping his $7.6 million cap hit doesn’t look like a realistic option either. The team probably has no option but to cash in its chips and trade Foles." So yes, Eagles need to trade him. Yes, I believe we should make a move for him, but don't give up too many picks. I say a 2nd and one other pick. Keep the 1's and the 3's intact (along w/ one of the 2's). Foles can man the ship for a year (the rest of this current contract) and let the drafted rookie QB sit and learn. Bonus, he's very cheap for a starting QB. -
This!

OPINION: We have a trade partner in place
707BillsFan replied to McBean's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Go after Foles. Keep the two #1's, but give them our #56 pick (one we got from LAR) and our #121 (4th rd). If that doesn't do it, sorry. That way we'd get our QB, but still have both 1's, a 2, and both 3's. Hell, maybe trade down on one of the 1's and get additional picks (if we get Foles). -
Do they know you're in CA? I'm thinking about getting seasons, not for this year...but the 2019 season. I have people in Buffalo, but don't want jump thru all the hoops to get them if I have to give them a WNY address, etc... Seems stupid. The games I can't attend, I'll give to family / friends who live there.

In your hindsight, 2017: go all out to win, or tank?
707BillsFan replied to boater's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
How exciting was the end of last season? We had a family friend die of cancer shortly after the season ended. You how much joy this season, team brought him? We all felt it. We still have all these draft picks. I wouldn't trade that for anything. From believing we were tanking to a spot in the playoffs. If anyone believes that was a wasted season, I feel sorry for them. -
So tell me how someone like Baker Mayfield will be the Bills savior? I personally want Rosen, but don't understand the hatred toward someone we have no idea how he'll pan out. Also, I'm doing a study...does your parents basement have black mold?
