  1. I did...then I traded it for a Leif Larsen rookie card.
  2. Cats and dogs living together. Total chaos, your honor. You should have some faith in the draft. The Bills have quietly drafted very well the last few years. I wish Chris Ellis would pan out, but my guess at this point is 'no'. That being said, they've done a lot with what they have. The Lynch/Poz/Edwards draft was a notoriously BAD draft, but we still got three starters from it in the first three rounds. Last year with the CB's and WR's we drafted, although the jury is still out on them, we've got depth, talent, and a shot at some real players.
  3. For you people that keep suggesting we draft Crabtree - are you nuts??? Do you not see the holes on this team?? OL, DL, LB. WR is NOT a position of need on any level. No WR's!!!! For those of you suggesting we draft Jenkins - I'm sure he can ball but we cannot afford to waste a top pick on a DB. It's just not a position of need. We could use another safety, sure, but not like we need to address both lines. And I'm not sure that it's fair to judge Orakpo poorly because a) he's huge and b) he's from Texas. As long as the "workout warrior" produces (unlike DE Michael Johnson) then I'll welcome him with open arms. And last time I checked, WR Roy Williams was a pretty good player out of Texas. Just because Vince Young was/is a moron crybaby and Rickey Williams liked to smoke the gange a little too much while taking underwater pottery classes at the local CC doesn't mean Orapko will fail at the next level. And isn't Everette Brown 6'4"? That's where I keep seeing him listed. But even at 6'1" as Magox pointed out, you can be a very, very good DE. Of course Brown doesn't have Freeney's combination of speed and girth (Freeney is 268 lbs. at just 6'1"; Brown is just 248 lbs. at his listed 6'4").
  4. Wayyyy overpaid for an oft-injured TE. TE's generally aren't paid all that well. Kind of like the safeties of the defense.
  5. Apples and oranges, my friend. Apples and oranges.
  6. Don't worry...I wasn't serious here. I still don't want anything to do with drafting a WR.
  7. I don't buy that argument. Your defensive ends should be interchangeable. If Orakpo is wearing a Buffalo Bills jersey April 25th I'll streak around my house...before I have to send the deed to figoferreira.
  8. He did, when he was 234 lbs. and just running around college level tackles. Now he's heavier, slower, and going up against NFL tackles. Pass.
  9. Umm...who says Brown is too short? He's 6'4", three inches taller than Dwight Freeney. The Bills aren't taking Crabtree.
  10. Wait...what??? Ellison is an OLB, Brown/Orakpo are DE's. Ayers is a DE. Whitner is a S. Kelsay is a bum and Denney is a Mormon. What are you talking about??
  11. Crabtree is Mike Williams. The other Mike Williams.
  12. This isn't even a debate. Orakpo's a monster. Besides that workout warrior Sidbury, he's the fastest DE out there and he's 6'4" 260 lbs. He's a pure 4-3 DE, outweighing Brown by almost 15 lbs. Both players produced, both went invisible some games. I'll be happy with Brown at #11 if Orakpo's already gone (which he will be); otherwise they should run to the podium with Orakpo's name on their card.
  13. I will bet my house that Orakpo is not available at #11.
  14. I wouldn't mind signing Derrick Brooks as a 1-2 year stop-gap measure, but nothing more. And can you imagine playing in Buffalo after playing an entire career in Tampa? Brrr! Colvin is still under contract with the Patriots, I believe. And I'll happily pass on him. I don't know much about Marcus Washington, honestly, except that he's old like Cato (not old like Derrick). I would think Keiaho is the #1 guy left on the FO's radar, no?
  15. thanks for confirming you are a complete !@#$ing moron...
  16. Way to read. "Its reputation has not risen over the years, and it is still a long way from general acceptance. Use regardless instead." That's why it's listed at "nonstandard" - it has a negative prefix and suffix, and is just derived from constant erroneous combining of "irrespective" and "regardless." You just sound stupid using it. But don't let me stop you from your normal course of action...
  17. Irregardless isn't a word. Yes, a guy who tested positive once for marijuana is a "pothead". Man, if you tested people you work with you'd be shocked at how many "potheads" you interact with on a daily basis. Get off your high horse, Mr. Moral. And Hardy didn't try to kill his father, he just had a gun on him.
  18. hahaha, you got a robot angry at you; well done...
  19. You're a loser. You have no idea what you're talking about. At least you got an 'A' in health class. Please, tell me which rookie DE's have 10 sacks? Julius Peppers did. Reggie White did. Name another one. God, you're stupid.
  20. You guys are seriously nuts. Jason Taylor had a freak calf injury that needed emergency surgery and could have killed him. He is only one year removed from having double-digit sacks. The man is a monster DE and would immediately upgrade our defensive line. Not only that, but signing him would be a double (triple?) bonus since it would preclude Miami and New England from signing him. He would start opposite Schobel and Kelsay/Denney/Ellis/Everette Brown(?) would be used in the rotation. You will RARELY hear me say this, but I would sign Jason Taylor in a heartbeat and would not mind overpaying for the man. His career is not over. My fear is that he signs with New England and they get three more years and 25 sacks out of him as a 3-4 OLB. I would do more or less whatever it takes to bring him in on a 2-3 year deal. Jason Taylor is a baller.
  21. Every time you say something you make more and more sense. People...chill. It's very early. That being said, I think we're all in agreement that Freddy deserves to be paid. The Bills have all the leverage too since he is a 28 year old running back RFA, and RB's start to expire at 30. I love Freddy. We all do. But with other needs to fill I can see how this takes a backseat until after the draft. Then they should get to work on this. I think a three-year deal in the $10M range is more than fair. Or maybe something with incentives for yards, carries, and touchdowns that pays him fairly as the second RB on our roster but incentivizes him to work harder should he become the premier back if Marshawn gets shot or gets arrested or something.
  22. How about the tie-breaker is based on getting the third round pick correct? That being said, we won't trade up (too pricey) and we probably won't trade down (the FO isn't that crafty), so I'll go with: 1. Brown, DE 2. Unger, G (although I think Mack would be great here, I just don't think he'll make it to us) 3. Coffman, TE
  23. Do you people have jobs?? Is this really being discussed...again??
  24. I have to assume you're kidding, otherwise you literally have no idea what you're talking about. How is he the safest pick if he doesn't fit the scheme we run at all?? The team is full of speed rushers?? Really?? Who?? Schobel is a speed rusher who may not have any speed left. Kelsay is the opposite of a speed rusher, and Ellis isn't anything (yet). You don't need 290 lb. DE's in a 4-3 you 'tard. Glad you figured that out for us. Call the FO and let them know.
  25. Because you think that drafting a QB in the first round "makes sense." That puts your opinion somewhere between SKOOBY's and dog****. Calm down.
