  1. we need to work on your punctuation and use of ellipses...
  2. Cleveland. They did it while only completing to passes all game.
  3. I doubt it was a career ender, honestly. He's young and medicine has come a long way since Theismann had his injury. He was also 36. Justin Fargas had his leg broken in three places in college, I believe, and he made a full recovery. Can take a while though, as well as a few screws. Hopefully he'll be ready for training camp next year.
  4. Did you miss the end of the 1st half??
  5. Nobody gives a **** about your fantasy team.
  6. You are everything that is wrong with the human race.
  7. You spoke too soon.
  8. To be fair, Roscoe didn't have a chance. He didn't do all that much dancing - he might have if given the opportunity, but Harvey played that one perfectly.
  9. McCargo sighting. Nice play to disrupt the pass.
  10. Lynch isn't going anywhere. He's not having a good season, but he's a good RB, he's relatively cheap (less than $2M/year salary since so much of his contract was in guarantees), and you need a minimum of two good RB's to succeed in this league.
  11. How prophetic re: Lynch...
  12. He signed a five-year, $29M contract in 2006.
  13. Could be. Whitner makes almost $6M/year and his contract is up at the end of next year. Poz, making less than $1.25M/year will be back, and we have too many holes to aggressively seek out a blue chip MLB in the draft, so he'll probably be starting.
  14. You, sir, are my hero.
  15. Any that actually work?
  16. Not after Bruce Smith used him to create a new rule in the NFL...
  17. You were my favorite poster after this post. But I don't know what this jibber jabber is about. But you're right about the dollar. Except that you should have been outraged years ago since the dollar started to decline June 2001. http://moneycentral.msn.com/investor/chart...;CP=0&PT=11
  18. Well put, Dan. Two of those were directed at me, no less! Scoreboard! I thought he was 276? That's what I remember him being listed at the last time I checked...five years ago. But even at 276 you're right: he's 6'7" and doesn't have the stout frame to be a 3-4 DE. Every off-season I hear how he's "bulking up" but I think that 'wolf' has been 'cried' one too many times. Patrick Kerney of the Falcons was able to make the transition, but not many guys can. And Denney, you certainly are no Patrick Kerney. +1
  19. Finally a bit of wisdom among all the craziness. Chucky was an absolute disaster in Tampa.
  20. Thanks for the advice, I'll take it under advisement. Your input is truly invaluable. Keep up the good work. Another internet tough guy...
  21. Fair enough. I will admit to not knowing who Matt Flynn is except by name. But still, a 7th rounder making the team over a 2nd round, highly touted, quarterback is significant. Exactly. Brady Quinn was supposed to be a top five pick as well, and he dropped. How's he doing these days?
  22. When this team, or you, for that matter, give me reason to do otherwise, please let me know.
  23. Yeah, that's one explanation. Another is that he just didn't adapt to the pro game. A 7th round nobody thaken in the same draft making the team over him speaks volumes. Except everyone is already reading multiple existing Brian Brohm threads and this guy thinks his point, that Brohm has a good arm, is more important and needs it's own thread. That was my point.
  24. Come on dude, that was six months before the draft!
