'18 Brady: won the SB '20 Mahomes: loses to Brady (MVP) in SB '22 Mahomes and Brady: Mahomes wins SB (MVP). He would win SB and repeat MVP 2023 that's some curse. when will afflict Josh?

He's the messenger. He can't tell the owners ("The NFL") where their teams are going to play. I'm sure he's all in on the company making all the money it can--and they pay him an insane amount of money to deliver their decisions to the public. They pay him all that money to be the smiling face of the league always pelted with a chorus of boos---so they don't have to deal with that.

I honestly love sushi. I don't eat gas station sushi. fixed. Anyway, the ratings dropped again this past weekend. They can't get new viewers to tune in, which is how all these leagues die.

There is no mention of "gangs" in the reason the NFL (per Jacobs) said to avoid green--the reason is clearly mentioned in the article. As others pointed out, the Brazilian team wears green. This is only a story because of Josh Jacobs fever dream s of armored vehicles, etc. And it's always a treat to see people blame this on Goodell--even though it clearly isn't his decision to put teams out of the country for NFL games. To such posters, Terry, Jerry and the rest say: "oh bless your little heart!".

he went 5th---right at 22 where the Bills could have had him. We've come full circle.

Sunday Ticket lawsuit alleges price fixing by the NFL
Mr. WEO replied to stuvian's topic in The Stadium Wall
Remember when CTE was going to "break the NFL"? And then it was the move out of St Louis and the subsequent lawsuit to the city? it's a strange suit. What are the damages for the NFL selling access to its proprietary product to willing consumers who understand the price and pay it? Individual teams cannot broadcast their games to fans through a regional sports network (or their own network)--so why is this suit claiming otherwise? Also, screaming "antitrust" at the NFL has never gotten anyone anywhere, because their status is protected by law. -
The list of most miserable fanbases in sports
Mr. WEO replied to 78thealltimegreat's topic in The Stadium Wall
Sticking B-list college programs in there is pointless. Are Arkansas fans miserable? Texas AM? Rutgers? ASU??? lol come on. who would even know or care? -
Jefferson was not a HOFer in 2020
-
I provided several mocks from where I got 5-8th. pretty simple. as I already covered, the aggregators had a 10% rate of him going there. he went 5th, so not sure what you're talking about at this point. He was there at 22, there's nothing else to argue.

Matt Parrino - "Claypool has been most consistent WR during OTAs"
Mr. WEO replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall
A couple of teams talking isn't a meaningful deal. It should go without saying that a meaningful deal would include the player and his agent sitting down and talking money with at least one of the teams. In fact, the "deal" was dead as soon as the player's agent got wind of it. So there was no deal. Just some talk. Ross Tucker is saying what everyone already knew. He sounds like Tommy Chong -
https://www.pff.com/news/draft-2020-nfl-draft-position-rankings-wide-receivers https://walterfootball.com/draft2020wr.php https://www.si.com/nfl/2020/03/26/nfl-draft-top-wide-receiver-prospects-lamb-jeudy-higgins https://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/news/2020-nfl-draft-wide-receiver-rankings-breaking-down-the-top-10-by-traits-and-skills/ the mock aggregators you cited had him going to the Panthers (yet only 10% of the total mocks had him going to them at 20. Compare to 98% Burrows to #1 and Young at 96%. Only Aiyuk and Pittman had less agreement in where the mocks had them go. Which mock described JJ as a 1st vote HOFer that cannot be passed on? lol---that's pretty funny. And "regardless of record"---that's some cherry on top--"sure Roseman turned the franchise around over those 2 seasons and sure they still went to the SB without Justin Jefferson---but it's really a bad outcome!" nice, haha. well argued Maybe your internet provider is to blame for all of your unforced errors?

Matt Parrino - "Claypool has been most consistent WR during OTAs"
Mr. WEO replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall
Rosenhaus made it clear early that his client wouldn't go to Buffalo. So there was no meaningful deal in place. Plus, half the nuttier posters here were claiming Poyer (of all people!) put the kibosh on it as well because of his wife. -

Mr. WEO replied to HappyDays's topic in The Stadium Wall
yeah there was no deal because the client never wanted to come to Buffalo. His own agent confirmed this. -
Jefferson wawas ranked 5th-8th prospect prior to the draft. He was the 5th WR picked. At worst, Bills could have had Aiyuk (whos career trajectory is heading in the opposite direction of a burnt out Diggs) cheap. Rosen's "blunder" didn't impact the Eagles fortunes as they went from 4-11 in 2020 to 14-3 and the SB 2 years later. With Diggs, the Bills went to the playoffs 4 times, bad losses and early exits all. Serious about winning was he? why did he disappear in the last game of the season (playoffs) each year?

This bad ending was the most predictable thing about Diggs. He became a dink and dunker. His YAC would never again go over 4 and his YBC went as low as 7.3. Took a billion targets to get over 1100 yards. Hardly the King of Separation. -

Well....Bills traded for Diggs--and held onto him until they inevitably got tired of his predictable behavioral BS.
