It's not clear how he takes the same revenue and similar debt to value as Forbes and comes up with only 29 million EBITDA to Forbes 's 101 million. Also, he mentions the fact that the cost of the stadium is now around 2 billion--leaving Pegula with over a billion of his money to finance it....yet the debt % to value is only 7%? How is that possible? The PSL's are turning out to be a bust so is Ozanian figuring Terry will just write a check on for his chunk of the build cost and not incur any debt? Seems very unlikely Pegula wants to part with that.

Again. Common sense play calling ends the game in regulation. The quotes about tell you explicitly how this game was lost. Josh Allen deserves far better. Without him, McDermott is Brian Daboll… or Leslie Frazier you can “say” it was Frazier’s fault (McD put him out to pasture) like you can say it was Farwwll (right under the bus as well)…but it’s really only you convincing yourself these things are true. I understand why you have to believe all that is true. Some HCs just go through a lot of coordinators…right?? Completely normal.

KC isn't a big market. Not sure it's "popular" now either, except as the new villain. I just don't see holding penalties as crucial to getting to a SB. Far more occurs than gets called in every single game for every team. It should be eliminated as a penalty for the O-line as it's essentially meaningless and arbitrary to call it nowadays.
