How do you know they aren't against it? Maybe they have already told her they aren't supporting massive share of the build, hence it's not in the budget yet. Downstate state politicians really don't care about Buffalo's identity--they would likely say they can keep the Bills if the owner kick in for nearly all of the cost. They recall just a few years ago the last billion the state wasted on Buffalo. Why would they be eager to funnel more wasted money to Buffalo again? As you point out, she is running unopposed by her party so whether a stadium done won't likely matter as the vast majority of her votes will come from Westchester, all 5 boroughs and Long Island. I really don't know why posters here think local downstate politicians are concerned that a new stadium is built in Buffalo. There's no logic to it. They all would have a project in their district in mind that could use a billion dollars.

His arm strength hasn't made him a steadily better player (many argue hear he often throws the ball too hard too often). Anyway, it's hard to fathom BB would, after a season, think to dump a kid with relatively little starting experience in college who led the team to 10 wins, was 13th in yards, 8th in completion % after a season. That makes little sense. Don't you agree?

Why would you guarantee this? Are they just being lazy when they get a call wrong---even when they review and discuss it before the final ruling? I don't see how altering pay (decreasing it) will eliminate bad calls. These are veteran refs trying to do the best job. They understand their own review process and its potential consequences.
