Sorry, that's a ridiculous take. So is your claim that only Dorsey can provide "quality playcalling" going forward. No one else has made such a claim for obvious reasons. The "legitimate reason" is that there you can't just assume all you have about Dorsey's skill as an OC. I'm just pointing this out.

If a owner/team is firing it's GM, then it has concluded the FO is a failure. Maybe a few scouts would survive, but there's no chance they would keep an AGM. Why would they? He's a disciple of the GM, suddenly he's going to have a whole different and new vision for the team? It's always a housecleaning.
