I didn't understand the concept of an owner who is very patient with the HC also micromanaging his staff. That's the opposite of patience. Also, the Brown family isn't paying these contracts out of their personal bank accounts. The shared revenue amount (free money revenue) last season was 274 million against a cap of 183 million.
