  1. hope so, but that 13 seconds didn't happen because they were away...
  2. get past the Chiefs in the playoffs....
  3. come on....did anyone really listen to Maddie Glab or that whole segment?
  4. That's not the point I was responding to.
  5. It wasn't Farkus. It was more like Randy
  6. that opponent wasn't on the field.
  7. A 30 point beatdown of the Mac Joneses is an "instant classic"? lol
  8. So you're saying that the HC of the Colts had no say in the hiring of Phil Rivers, then Carson Wentz the following year, than Ryan the next? No way you believe that.
  9. No the point is that his players were motivated by Brady, Rodgers's are not. Jordan famously got on his players--in games and in practice (Phil Jackson certainly didn't). This helped make them a team that won 6 rings as well. I bet not one of them called him or even felt like he was acting like "a tool".
  10. "Guaranteed game worn. Mint condition, very few touches"
  11. 7 rings says so...
  12. How is Frank still the coach of this team?
  13. the guy has had only 181 touches in the past 2 seasons. He's a 6th year RB who's career is approaching zero.
  14. I'm too old to know what this is.
  15. Hope not, I'm going and have a flight out Sunday night.
  16. Right now Brown is the one with HOF credentials. Is Welker getting in? He had under 10,000 yards career.
  17. Daboll's passing Offense is 31st in the league, so he's not really "doing it with Jones", who stinks. He's doing with the #4 running game and the #7 Defense in points allowed.
  18. Where are you seeing the Yankees are "hundreds of millions" ahead of the Dodgers in annual revenue? I see Dodgers listed #1. Even so, obviously no team is going to spend 80% of their revenue ($400+ million??) to filed a team---because they don't have to. The Yankees and Mets were the best teams in there Leagues for much of the season. Then both collapsed when it mattered. Both have mediocrities at Manager.
  19. See Sammy Watkin's Rib post above--there are several guy who have already achieved that and they are unlikely to get in. It's not the key into the Hall for WRs.
  20. Hard to claim that the Yanks have "cheaped out"--they are consistently among the very highest payrolls in the league. They were a record setting team for much of the season. Mets, Dodgers and Yanks are way ahead of the rest of the league in money spent on players. All bounced from the playoffs--Mets embarrassingly so.
  21. Brown (even without the crazy stuff) might not get in--even with that stat. Neither will Welker. Hopkins is miles away. Unfortunately for WR these days it's all about the receiving yards---and the bar gets higher every year. The 17 game season will make it even harder.
  22. 20,000 Sals in that stadium...
  23. Well I guess we could all make up our own definition of "elite" to include or exclude anyone we want. Top 8 over the past 11 years that includes overlap with future HOFers Brady, P Manning, Big Ben, Rodgers, plus Allen, Mahomes, Stafford... but he's not elite? But going with yours ("most"?, lol), is that top 3 or 4 this seasons? Currently active? Of all time? And top 3-4 at what? Yards? TDs? Rating? And wins are absolutely a QB stat (and for HCs)---they are the only players who are judged by wins (it's part of their stat line). To say otherwise is to ignore reality.
  24. He's having another great season, but the bolded portion isn't going to get him into the HOF.
