  1. other than it was an absolutely idiotic play call..? lame indeed....
  2. The situation came up recently
  3. what's "adrenaline drinking"? Sounds like Q stuff no?
  4. is this the greenlight for more threads suggesting signing retired players? How's about TO? He's got the keys....
  5. Payton isn’t signing with a team unless it’s got an established franchise QB. Needs hid Drew Brees. Look at what BB did with what he had in Cleveland. Payton isn’t going to achieve that
  6. That phrase kicked in after 1960
  7. Posters here were screaming the same about Raheem Blackshear. Big deal.
  8. I was responding to the post that suggested using him "10-15" times a game. Davis for the whole season had 45 catches, 800 yards, 11 TDs. he had a better year in 2020. Matt Breida had those numbers and they cut him.
  9. for obvious reasons. but when he got his chance, he wasn't special
  10. This guy only had 96 touches all season last year. Maybe you guys are imagining some other Hines?
  11. you can't/don't need to teach explosive...
  12. Watched lots of Colts games last year, huh?
  13. How does this guy know this? Forbes listed their revenue at $563 with margin of $116 million.
  14. like who? Also, where in 2021 stats do you see evidence of Hine's explosiveness?
  15. is he explosive?
  16. I'd pay to see that...
  17. The Davis dissing continues! Where was Hines "explosive"?
  18. How is he on 1st down from his own 1 inch line?
  19. I think we've covered that
  20. Less informed? "BB" famously never coached the Jets. Anyway...after his 3rd 7-9 season in a row, was the talk of the town that Payton was an ELITE genius? I bet it wasn't. And finally, I didn't, and wouldn't, claim Payton would not have HC opportunities--the NFL is well known for its endless retreads. I simply said I would rather have him considered for OC than HC for the Bills
  21. he never coached in Indy. Denver was 7-9, 8-8 before he got there.
  22. Maybe bring him in as OC? Not as HC. After that SB win years ago, he coached that team to 3 7-9 seasons out of 4 (same as Vitt/Kromer, who coached while he sat for his headhunting stuff)), only got to the NFCC game once. He's had 9 winning seasons out of 14--with Brees.
  23. 15 seasons, 9 playoff appearances, 9 wins. won a Sb way back in 2009. would only win 5 playoff games in the following 11 seasons. over the top of what?
