True Jefferson was out part of the season last year (he played in 10 games), but the 14-2 Vikings are better than the 2022 Cousins Vikings. And while Jones is having a nice little season (no better than Cook was), no one is attributing any of this success to him---only Darnold.
If you have been watching him play, Darnold is showing amazing touch, accuracy and confidence. He's top 5 in yards, TDs, rating, yards per attempt, yards per game, TD%-----despite being 12th in passing attempts.
He's lighting it up. He's dropping bombs. He is elevating this team.
