  1. I wonder how long ESPN/Disney hang in there with these ratings. This is less than "The Cleaning Lady" on Fox. These are "Naked and Afraid" rerun ratings.
  2. the point was that a lot of posters exaggerate the "thugs/Chiefs" line over and over. it's from jealousy, not some moral high ground. I don't believe anyone who says they would have a roster of choir boys and no rings. It's like saying "I'm done with the NFL"... Von Miller has a penchant for slapping around pregnant women, Bills signed him anyway. Then he did it again---both times the victim subsequently recanted (crazy how that owrks!). Well that's certainly time better spent most early Februarys!
  3. In the medical field, everyone gets sued on a particular case--sometimes including nurses and trainee physicians--regardless of funds. But the hospital is always a defendant. Obviously some are listed simply to depose, but in my experience the employer of the defendant physician (who is also fully insured) is always sued as well. I agree with 27 million career earnings, McManus can handle the likely settled amount. Are players considered contractors?
  4. why isn't he golfing? loafer
  5. more proof that his "comeback" last year was a huge fake. everything about this guy is fake. all an act.
  6. a hair not worth splitting--the player was working for the company and at a team function (the flight). naturally the suit would name his employer. can you name a company (in this case the charter), large or small, that allows sexual harassment in the workplace? That would be illegal, so how likely would they be able to indemnify themselves against and prevent their attacked employees from seeking redress? Do the contracts you have had experience with prevent flight attendants from suing charter passengers? Do flight attendants sign away their right to seek remedy?
  7. keep hope alive! Thanks man--we understand those subs aren't going to make themselves. we appreciate your service. can you name any attorneys who are able to put riders in a service provider (the charter company) contract saying "our employees will not sue you if you sexually assault them"?
  8. Did you give them a list of positions you would consent to during the job interview?
  9. A lot of people here struggle with this. If there was any possibility for someone to make money around a stadium, it would exist in OP already. A new stadium at the same site won't change the fact that no one wants to go there except for a game.
  10. so the Diggs dump is now simply "a prudent cap move"? lol, nice try pal...
  11. Bingo!! I don't even stand up during meal service to London--you know these "flight attendants" are gonna see me coming and "lead me on" with some sort of signal that they would enjoy it if I grind my johnson into their behinds on my way to the head. I figured that out after my first half dozen trips over. Now, I just hold my water until they pass my row. Live and learn!
  12. Wait, this was not their charter?
  13. Lawyers already telling lies: "These are absolutely fictitious and demonstrably false allegations made as part of a campaign to defame and disparage a talented and well-respected NFL player," Guys a total bum, getting passed around the league like a $2 pre-rolled.
  14. I can't make the point any more clearly. Sorry man, tried to help. Hollins will be gone in a year.
  15. .14 seconds is spitting a hair---we've seen this very guy in DK. We shall see if this kid makes it that far.
  16. All true--and better choices I think. McD was hell bent on not starting Josh his rookie year. His "QB competition" in the pre season was a sham. I won't toss a drowning man a cinder block...
  17. "probably never seen"?? We've seen a guy named DK Metcalf...
  18. Maybe @GunnerBill also was bothered because he saw Harvin's work on 4 other teams in 6 seasons before he got to the Bills---or did you think he came to his conclusion that Harvin is "One of the most overrated NFL players of his generation" based on 7 games with the Bills? Think harder!!
  19. Kerley joined a room that also included Robert Foster in 2018...were Kerley and Pryor brought in for ST? Sanders as a #2, "stretching the field"...on his 6th team in 12 years (4th in 3 seasons)? At age 34? Come on! Anyway he sprained his knee in week 14, back in week 16. They released him at the end and he retired. Andre Holmes and Andre Roberts were brought in as excellent ST players and "backup starters" at WRs? They were backing up the star packed WR room of Benjamin, Bath Salt Jones, "Kerley Thompson and Pryor"?? good point! Crowder was pushing 30 , sparing used in 4 games then got hurt. As a receiver in the NFl, he was pretty much done--except the inept Commanders couldn't resist giving him more money for nothing. As it turns out, Duke Williams clearly did not have the talent to play in the NFL---and he had never demonstrated such before Beane figured he would be good enough for the Bills. Isabella has yet to make any impact at all in the NFL. He touched the ball once for the Bills. 25 ST snaps. 2 Offensive snaps. It's a waste of a roster spot--a guy you can't use anywhere. Brown (32.0), despite being passed around by 3 teams the previous season (and recording zero catches), was "elevated" off the PS 5 days after signing and played in their next 2 games. Other receivers in the game were Diggs, Davis, McKenzie, Knox, Shakir..... The draft was always available to address the WR room...
  20. Peterman had 4 starts. couldn't have bothered you too much...
