Hmm. Thats not true. I am pretty sure we can dig up a number of posts along the lines of "EJ is better than Tyrod" and "I guarantee EJ will be on a roster in 2017" prior to that Jets game.
Hasn't EJ already been sitting on bench and "learning" the past few seasons? I don't see how watching Palmer at the tail end of his career helps him any more. Won't get rid of the inaccuracy that has been there since FSU days
Are there specific news articles that support this particular point? I don't think there are and that this is pure speculation on your part...
Am not a fan of Marrone but there seems to be excessive hate on the board for a guy that likely made a pure business decision in his own interest like most people would . He had one year left on his contract and was going into a season where his primary QB was going to be EJ. Not exactly a situation which most NFL coaches would savor. So when faced with a choice of having a bad season and getting fired vs taking 4 MM and running, he made the choice most objective folks would....
Is everyone already writing off Kap in SF? Isn't he a certified BB QB? Also , I remember a number of posts a few years back saying he was just having a down period and will bounce back. Maybe he finally bounces back this year? ;-)
Houston gave the Pats a hard time because of their defensive pressure. I believe they were the top D this season. Don't think The Steelers can apply anywhere near that amount of pressure on D.
