Has Kiper really shown that he has knowledge and that he pushes NFL personnel departments ? Over the years , he's consistently touted a number of players that NFL evaluators rightly ignored .

Your definition of "Many" is actually more like the exception to the rule. When you have to make multiple excuses for a QB's poor performance so early on, it probably doesnt bode well for the guy's future in NFL. Should be interesting to see though what happens with Allen.

The Giants are going to load up for one final run with Eli imo. Will be a RB or pass rusher If i were Browns GM , I would follow some of the proposals from armchair GMs on TBD and use both 1st round picks on QBs . Double down to maximize chances of getting my franchise QB baby . Who cares about filling rest of roster . Good QB apparently makes trash look good

Arm strength is an overrated factor in QB selection.

Imagine the entertainment value of this.

Lots of people here sung the praises of McCarthy as a coaching genius just a few seasons back.

I'm not so keen on Allen given the high bust probability but would keep an open mind if Bills personnel guys think he is our QB of the future.

EJ was also kind of a gunslinger. Even had big hands. Just couldnt hit anything.

The funny thing is, the one draft that a lot of people pinned on me, it was a great draft with the exception of the first-round pick (Aaron Maybin in 2009). All that credit goes to Tom Modroff. That's part of the business. I get a kick out of it sometimes."

Brandon never had the GM title even when Levy retired right? So seems to be some revisionist type stuff going on . Why would a guy who was never in operations even attempt to run a draft?

I still don't get why we are insisting that Russ Brandon drafted players?

Wasn't he one of the most NFL ready from last year's draft?

Maybe another team in NFL can give him a shot if his baseball career sputters. Lol sure he did.
