  1. The Wonderlic is just one of many aspects of a QBs measurables that should be considered. There is a reason why its continued to be used. I believe all of the successful QBs in recent times (so please don't go bringing up Jim Kelly or Dan Marino) have had scores at least in the high 20s. Anyone who scores as low as a 13 probably won't last long in the league. Vince Young supposedly got a 6 on his first attempt. In retrospect, thats not surprising.
  2. All this has happened before and will happen again
  3. Another RPbillsfan thread about to crash and burn in a short time span. This is must be some type of record .
  4. Did Maybin ever play at 238 pounds ? Didn’t he take weight gainers to reach that weight ? I remember he had issues with being way too light to play .
  5. Because he just pulled it out of his butt rather than getting the info from an actual source ?
  6. Facts vs rumors . I can look up the QB ratings and see facts on who has better ratings last two years . Where do I find the statements from GMs in which qbs they prefer? Or do I look up the Ryan L Billz almanac ?
  7. Ah so you really didn't have a point. Got it. I actually read the thread. You had stated early on that the onside kick was a zero percent proposition . But then someone correctly pointed out that last season about 8% of the onside kick attempts were successful so that immediately refuted your weak argument. Then to try to save yourself, you came up with a bogus stat comparing successful attempts to number of games played, something which no mathematician or statistician would ever do. That pretty much sum things up?
  8. Why would you use 256 as your denominator when not all of those games had an onside kick . Your math makes no sense. Percentage success is defined as # successful attempts / # total attempts.
  9. Fitzy has had a higher QB Rating than your man crush Cam the past two seasons :p
  10. AJ is ok as a backup option . Wasn't overly enthused when he was initially brought in to compete for starter with us though.
  11. Did you even bother to read some of the details about the case including the offered plea deal before spewing nonsense like the above. If if not let me summarize , 1) Florida prosecutors are offering standard first timer plea deal to Kraft and 24 others being charged . Nothing special about it . 2) Kraft is not going to accept the deal. And if looks like none of the others will either 3). Legal experts are pointing out multiple serous flaws in prosecutions case like potentially illegal traffic stop that was used to identify Kraft and also potentially illegal surveillance that was used to obtain the videos of Krafts happy time. It’s likely that this case will flame out due to the aforementioned keystone cops scenario rather than Krafts money being thrown around
  12. Clay isn't very good anymore. So wouldn't it have been good actually if the Pats got him?
  13. I usually wear some type of Bills themed whenever I go on vacation. Am often pleasantly surprised to hear "Go Bills!" from some person passing me on the street who notices the Bills gear.
  14. I don't see the point in defending him. Speaking in front of kids in his Uncle's camp about stupid choices and then continuing to make stupid choices after giving such a speech is a good thing?
  15. Nah. It’s a legit question about what there is to develop. One of EJs most fatal flaws is his inability to hit the broad side of a barn. This was a big flaw already highlighted during his college days . In the NFL, EJ never showed improvement and had lots of highlight reel wayward throws . Heck , even in training camp he became famous for throwing the ball into the hospitality tent Can Andy Reid really fix that? He’s good at working with guys who have talent that just needs molding . But I wonder if there is anything worth molding with EJ.
  16. Is there really something to develop in EJ?
  17. EJ is now a camp arm for KC after spending the regular season on his couch
  18. Didnt the guy who banged the drum for Skelton also bang the drum for Gabbert , Kaepernick , and Manziel lol. Perfect track record
  19. I was never a fan of Mariota. Thought he was a sub par QB. Perhaps the Titans see that now as well and looking for someone to compete?
  20. Time for Kaepernick to make a comeback lol
  21. Haha . It sure was a classic thread. I'll give you a hint. He used to have an avatar of a guy picking his nose.
  22. Didn’t Lee Evans singlehandedly alter the dynamic in the AFC North?
