  1. They didn't reschedule those games because of particular players....
  2. Ok. I didn’t remember all the details correctly . Nevertheless , he was trying to extend at the point when he left. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/12104824/doug-marrone-opts-contract-buffalo-bills
  3. A lot of butt hurt on here about Marron3 and his quitting which I find funny. I seem to recall that Marrone had wanted to be renewed/extended as he was on the last year of his contract but the Pegulas right so didn't want to budge? If your only quarterback option for your last season is EJ Manuel and you had the option of jumping ship for another team while getting paid, wouldn't you do it?
  4. Fair enough. But this is the like the 3rd thread talking about putting Fromm in as QB the last few weeks. If anyone get time because of Josh being rested, it should only be Barkley as he is the no 2 guy. The prospect of having Barkley play in case of injury to Josh may be scary. But he played well enough in practice to get the no. 2 nod over all others.
  5. Lol yes. Mike McCarthy also "developed" a lot of QBs during his time with the Packers. Brian Brohm, Graham Harrell, Matt Flynn the list goes on
  6. Its snarky for a reason. Clamoring for Fromm is just plain dumb. Fromm is a day 3 pick. Majority of time, such guys don't pan out. Why should someone get excited about such a rookie especially since his draft stock fell and also because he was specifically isolated as a QB of last resort? If Fromm on the other hand was our round 1 or round 2 pick , then sure I would get excited
  7. Wow. Imagine if that is confirmed and Tua also has to be excluded.
  8. None other than Brian Brohm. Record setting QB from Louisville.
  9. Success at the college level doesn't have a lot of meaning in the NFL. The NFL landscape is littered with QBs who had great numbers in the college but were crap once they got on the an NFL field.
  10. Why are people fascinated with Jake Fromm? Is it because his last name rhymes with a bad QB prospect that we had in the lineup years back that many posters wanted to see on the field?
  11. Wasn't Rudolph the 2nd string QB? When he got benched, the 3rd string QB Duck Hodges started playing and actually looked better. Incidentally, Duck Hodges was an undrafted rookie last year.
  12. Didn't Rudolph get benched a few times last season because of awful play?
  13. Well. You guys can always check the archives where you can find posters like this guy who “loves me “ some good future HOF QBs like Cam Newton , Trubisky, and EJ Manuel . Lol https://www.twobillsdrive.com/community/profile/15917-maury-ballstein/
  14. 9-7 is a winning record though.
  15. I think having a team with a losing record go to playoffs is a travesty. A few owners will likely argue about changing the rules in the offseason.
  16. There is some corroboration from our own fans about Dolphins being super good. I have read here how the Dolphins are the team to be feared in AFC East because they are already elite and that Tua is the real deal and super accurate.
  17. Probably end of line at New England for Cam at this point .
  18. Don’t get many chances like that . Butter fingers Jones
  19. But then doesn't that bring up the notion that Tua actually be be sitting as he hasn't played as well as Fitz . They keep trotting Tua out there despite subpar play.
  20. I read here that teams should start fringe players so fans can see what they got
  21. Who is RJ and who is Flutie in this case?
  22. I ve heard of him
