  1. We scored 6 points vs Jags in Florida as they teed off on the passing game since we don't have a run game to be afraid of. Tampa gets to the quarterback quite a bit better than Jags. So I am not expecting many points on the board.
  2. You should have seen what this board was like after bad losses during the drought. Lots of people who rarely posted would come out of the woodwork to offer many words of "wisdom"
  3. A quick google search seems to indicate that a team that rushes for over 200 yards wins around 88% of the time . Passing for over 200 is not so meaningful .
  4. Giving up over 200 yards on the ground, especially when you know the team is just going to keep handing it off is a disaster no matter which way you spin it. Lipstick on a pig.... Incidentally , what percent of teams giving up over 200 yards on the ground win games? I suspect its a very small percentage
  5. Thanks for the nice write-up . I read on another thread though that the game was horrible to watch and that bad weather should result in postponement of football games.
  6. It goes beyond this single thread. You just need to look at the thread history. Am sure not many people found the game entertaining if they were expecting chunk plays through the air. But New England certainly got quite a few chunk plays on the ground...
  7. I feel sorry for someone like you who has very little self awareness on this board.
  8. Football is meant to be played in the elements . No reason to call the game unless there is health and safety type threat. You are just putting up another LAMP.
  9. I love how quite a few posters tried pointing out the past week that the Bills run defense was “good” and that we shouldn’t worry about Pats run ga,e.
  10. yes . The run defense we are used to seeing against Titans or Colts.
  11. Poor San Fran. Held back by average at best QBing from Garropolo
  12. Minshew might actually spark a better passing game. Hurts is not a very good passer though he does add that running dimension.
  13. I believe you meant to post on the Patriots vs Bills predict the score thread? This is the Bills vs Saints thread...
  14. The Packers knew that Rodgers was unvaccinated. They even tried to get him an exemption from the vaccination requirement based on his home brewed treatments.
  15. Has to be sarcasm as the Seahawks are basically eliminated from playoffs at this stage?
  16. What do you base this statement on? He was a fifth rounder. Not exactly a draft position for someone who is a sure thing (Webb himself was a third rounder I believe). The Bills also had Fromm as the QB of last resort last year and didn't care to try to keep him when the Giants made their offer. Those facts plus his lackluster preseason play tell me a lot more about his talent ...
  17. Once a player is in NFL , what they did in college is irrelevant. Lots of players with excellent college careers never make the jump to the next level. I see the fascination with Fromm as similar to that for Brian Brohm .
  18. perhaps. but Fromm hasn't exactly looked good. So if indeed Trubisky goes somewhere else next season and Davis also decides to move to coaching, the Bills likely aren't going to keep the status quo with sub par backup QBing.
  19. Wasn't Fromm behind Davis on the depth chart? So how did he have a good chance to be the primary back up?
