This is actually one of Carr's worse season's as a QB. His average passer rating is sitting at 86.3 . He's done a lot better in previous seasons as 2019 and 2020 seasons both had passer ratings above 100. So definitely his performance hasn't been that great as of late.

There is nothing in the article that speaks to why he terminated his contract . It may be for reasons other than the state of the Browns

Looks like Tuas helmet hit the ground . But is it a concussion? Only a medical expert who evaluated in person could say. Tua is still way too reliant on throwing to wide open receiver or to a fixed spot on field . Looks like Green Bay may have made adjustments more so than any potential concussion issue .

New England rushed for 222 yards on that day. Even adjusting a bit for a long run, its by no means paltry. And when a team can rush for over 200 yards against you , your defense didn't have a very good day.

From what I’ve read the main point of disagreement on Lamar ‘s contract is having the only fully guaranteed like a Dashawn Watson deal with Cleveland ? Also, why would the Ravens clean house on a coaching regime that has over 40 wins in the last 4 seasons with the current season not even done? Fair enough. There isn't a perfect QB metric out there for sure . But at least the passer rating is transparent. The problem I have with QBR is its lack of transparency and bizarre ranking results like when Tebow was playing.

So did you check how many sub 90 passer rating games Hurts, Burrow, or Mahomes have had ? I took a quick look at Hurts and I can count all of 3. Also , I see that Hurts , Burrow, Mahomes have average passer ratings comfortably over 100. Allen is sitting at 95.5. Allen would need to average 118 (23 points above his current average ) over his last 4 games just to hit 100. That should tell you how far behind he is and how unrealistic it is to keep pushing the MVP storyline.

This thread probably should be closed. Allen's stats aren't going to cut it for the MVP race at this stage. No . Instead Mahomes got a super mushroom. So he is a bit out of reach.
