  1. That would be great if the Bills didn't need two offensive tackles, a nose tackle, two LB's, a #2 WR, a backup center, a guard if Incognito isn't resigned, and a QB. TE can wait for Nelson to develop.
  2. on the DL? That can be taken so many ways....
  3. Another missed opportunity to sign Levi Jones and salvage last season. I can't beleive he wasn't signed when the Bengal cut him. John Guy screwed the Bills one last time....
  4. Best athlete? First of all he is not that fast. He is not that tall. He is not that elusive. He's white!
  5. Why would u draft a fullback in the third round? Tebow will be lucky if he is even drafted. Snead would be ok. However the bBills need two tacles, a NT, and one or two lb's. If half of those needs are met in FA then go ahead and take a QB in the second or third round.
  6. This would be a dream scenario for the Bills. To have both Clausen and Berry on the board at this point would mean plenty of trade down opportunities. This team needs bodies at multiple positions more than they need any one player.
  7. I would look at it differently. Moorman is one of the top punters in NFL histroy let alone just recently. Could he do that in such adverse conditions? Lindell has had a good career kicking in Buffalo. I really don't think the weather is that much of a factor. Being able to place a football into tight spaces in the NFL is what seperates the ProBowl QB's from the never will be's. This starts with reading the defense quickly and then having the arm strentgh to deliver the ball accurately. This is the only time when arm strength matters. In fact it matters more in good weather where opposing DB's can cover more closely without fear of slipping. Noonne can place a football accurately in a 35mph wind regardless of arm strength.
  8. Stop this Buffalo guy crap. It's meaningless. Get a clue - the players don't care about the city they just want a paycheck. They don't care if the stadium is full or empty. Is the weather even that much of an issue in Buffalo/Toronto anymore? Did being from California prevent Brady from becoming a superstar?
  9. All depends on what happens in FA. If the FO can't land a quality LB and at least a back-up NT then one of the first two picks will go to defense. I hope Bradford falls to 9th and the Bills can trade down for an extra 2nd or third would be huge for this team. Two tackles in the first three rounds that pan out could change the next five years significantly. Think KC Chiefs late nineties early 2000's.
  10. Whitner for Boldin? Horrible underachiever for proven All - Pro. I would assume the Cards would consider Whitner a throw in while asking for at least a second round pick. I think they wanted a first rounder when the Eagles and others were asking last season.
  11. I am done with my negative posts assuming Nix and Gailey don't do something retarded this offseason. Dansby was not franchised and is only 28 with decent size, 6-4 250 per AZ website. Probably could play in or out in a 3-4. Anyone watch him play much? Could fill one of the many holes prior to the draft and allow the FO to target both a NT and LT in the first two rounds. PS I am on the record that Trent will start and the Bills will not draft a QB until at least round 3.
  12. The Bills organization doesn't have a few years. 2010 is it folks. There will be a lockout in 2011 and it's 50-50 the Bills will be in Buffalo in 2012....
  13. Shut the f up with this chicken stuff and no balls. You have never taken a hit from a 300lb guy who runs a 4.7. Enough already. Trent had arguably the worst line in the NFL, the weakest most timid coach not to lose HC, and garbage for OC's. Trent will be the starter day 1. End of story. We will welcome you back to the bandwagon around week 3...
  14. 1. I am still seathing that Marv got thoroughly outoached in four SuperBowls 2. Therebye wasting the greatest collection of talented football players Buffalo will ever see 3. And he still made the Hall of Fame 4. And he is another example in a long list of poor decisions made by Ralph (the only good decision he made was not letting Marv coach again) 5. Thus setting back the franchise another few years in what is likely to be the last chapter of the Bills
  15. I was born in 1970 and went to my first game in 1979 - a preseason game against the SB champ Pittsburgh Steelers. I missed losing to the Dolphins for ten years. I stuck with them through Kay Stephenson and Hank Bullough. I was at Kelly's first game. I was at Biscuit's first game when Elway had to call time out after seeing him lined up on the same side as Bruce. I was on the field when the posts came down against the Jets in OT. I was there for the bitter cold 51-3 Raiders playoff game. I watched them destroy Montana while in a Chiefs uniform. I have seen them win at Pittsburgh, Detroit, Indianapolis, Seattle, KC, and a Monday night game in Cleveland. I met Al Damato at that game. I don't recall being as despondent as I am now when they went back to back 2-14. Was it youth? Or is it the undeniable fact that Buffalo is a dead town and RW will soon be as well? Who would have thought in 1984 they would play games in Toronto? Yet at almost 40 I get team alerts text'd to my phone, waste hundreds of dollars on Sunday Ticket, pour over mock drafts, and discuss trade rumors with my brothers. Ralph it doesn't have to end this way! Sell the team you selfish bastard.
  16. With a lockout looming for 2011 I fear this is it for the Bills in Buffalo. That is not to say a non-NFL league won't put a franchise in Buffalo given the fan base. So it may not be the end of professional football in Buffalo. How is it going to feel to have Chan Gailey and Trent Edwards as the final HC and QB? To go from Saban/Kemp, Knox/Ferguson, and then to Marv/Kelly to this shat is unbearable. Billy Shaw, Joe Delamaluire, Reggie McKenzie, Jim Ritcher and we end up with the Tutan Reyes' and Derrick Dockery's this past decade. There are only a couple current players worthy of being mentioned on an all Bills team - a punter, a kicker, and maybe the second best DE in history. I just wonder how we all will approach the final games of 2010?
  17. Then watch him in next years SuperBowl.... While our sorry assess start to look forward to the 2011 draft sometime this October.
  18. Bills don't need a FB do they? Tebow blows in more than one way....
  19. Based on what do you think Brohm has more upside? Brohm was cut by GB and all the other teams in the league had a chance to sign him and didn't. He was beat out by a rookie 5th round pick. These evals were done by a coaching staff that developed Aaron Rodgers into a quality QB. Campbell has at least been a decent starter in the league for three years. Brohm is one training camp away from being out of the league.
  20. If/when Whitner is traded/released will that cement Marv as the worst GM in NFL history? I know Millen was awful but Marv's decisions wereworse. Not trading down when Denver offered, Tutan Reyes, Bennie Anderson, trading up for McCargo and Poz, grossly overpaying for langston Walker, Robert Royal, Derrick Dockery, and listening to a cancer riddled Bill Walsh about Trent. Fred Jackson. That's his only contribution....
  21. Most NT only play 1st and 2nd down or short yardage 3rd downs. On any obvious passing situation they will use Kyle Williams at NT and hope he can generate a little pash rush with a bit more quickness.
  22. Maybin was a first rounder on every Mock draft. Given him time. Let him play in the 3-4 as an OLB.
