he ended the year not right physically and mentally
i say after an off-season to recover fully, he gets back close to his pro bowl form but not all the way.
mentally, if he gets injured again, i do think he'd retire. another one who admitted he was in a very dark place.
frazier has got to go
#1 - when facing mutiple weapons....he retreats, backs up deep
#2 - he is predictable.....needs to mix it with blitzes and overloads from one side
Josh was the #2 ranked QB for QBR in 2022....he is ELITE, played thru nerve damage to his throwing arm and is the least of our problems.
Diggs is Elite
Dawkins and Knox are mediocre
after that, every single player on offense is below average. you'd never miss them.
we need a WR1a , and 2 OL
the core of this team at the most important positions are all locked up long term all on reasonable contracts. i wouldn't want to cancel any of them.
the cap will continue to increase and all the other teams like cincy & kc will be in cap hell to trying to retain their core.
in cap order:
QB - josh
WR1 - diggs
EDGE- von
CB1 - tre
LT dawkins
OLB- milano
NEEDS:
better coaching, especially on defense
players: WR2 , OL, OL (all doable in 2023)
our so called window is wide open for another 4 years
good on damar...certainly deserved
i always thought the walter payton man of the year was the highest honor
(The NFL on Tuesday revealed the 32 nominees for the 2022 Walter Payton Man of the Year award -- the league's most prestigious honor.)

edmunds, singletary, keenum, saffold, phillips, matakevich, crowder.......all before poyer....to name a few
then you could look at who has low dead cap.....and clear cap space
he's a class act
she's a trouble maker and a selfish distraction at the wrong time
i'm guessing he will still be a bill next season....i see others as a cap casualty before poyer
