I don't think he's that good on kicks beyond 50 yards. Inside of 50 yards, he's one of the top kickers in the league.

Was Elam ok or could the Giants just not take advantage of him?

Christian Benford got beat too, but I don't see people bringing it up. When Dane was in the line up this year, he was targeted more than any other Bills defender this year. Kair isn't as bad as people make him out to be. Let's not forget he did a solid job in the playoffs. There are some other big ticket Bills defenders who cost a TON of money who were invisible. I don't see them being mentioned much. -
Will we have to replace Dorsey next year?
NoName replied to ChronicAndKnuckles's topic in The Stadium Wall
There is more to being a head coach than being a good play caller. I see no way Dorsey becomes a head coach next year in the NFL. Possbily college, but not the NFL. -
McD much better D coordinator than Frazier
NoName replied to TwistofFate's topic in The Stadium Wall
Frazier gets so much bashing on this board. The guy coordinated the number 1 defense not that long ago. Plus he's had top 5 defenses with us at least twice and probably never had a defense worse than 15 with us. I just dont think he deserves all of the bashing. I am liking McDs play calling and I do prefer it over Frazier's . but it's only been 3 games and Frazier wasn't as bad as people make him out to be. -
James cook is super fast tre white is no longer fast Steph and Josh aren’t as close as they once were. Benford looks really solid Kincaid receives a lot of hype

He’s been a nice surprise and arguably an upgrade over Edmund’s….if he keeps playing the way he has been……I do t buy him being 7 pounds less than Roque’s smith….that dude looks like a safety…..being so small and playing a physical position, he might not hold up

Loss of Edmunds is going to expose Hyde and poyer
NoName replied to Hebert19's topic in The Stadium Wall
I thought Hyde had a good game. Poyer not so much. Say what you want about the big runs, the defense did it's job and our new MLB looked better than expected. Our D gave up only 16 points despite four turnovers. They did their job. -
Bernard, Torrence and Benford all officially starters

He's not much bigger than some of the strong safeties in the league. -
Well that was an absolute crap fest - PostGame thread

Trivia question for you. How bad will the Pats be this season? You can say what you want about the Bills but as a Pats fan it’s a guarantee that you will be at the bottom of the East this year. -
Barkley was Josh's primary backup longer than anyone. I don't know what he did, in an actual game, that made people lose confidence in him. I always thought he was a middle of the pack (or maybe a little lower) backup

Jordan Phillips back with Bills 1 year deal
NoName replied to Royale with Cheese's topic in The Stadium Wall
I felt like we should have signed him for cheaper 3 mil seams a bit much for a guy with less than 3 sacks. 1.5 seems more reasonable. -
I am going to get roasted for saying this but what about the braylon spector guy. Last year's 7th rounder. He looked really good in preseason and seemed to know where to be.

If you could only have 1 (Beckham or McCaffrey)
NoName replied to buffaloboyinATL's topic in The Stadium Wall
This was a great question and a tough one. I would go with Mccaffrey. I would worry that bringing in OBJ would throw off passing chemistry because of force feeding...I don't think we have anyone in the backfield who is trustworthy outside of singletary. I think Mccafrey boosts our run game and making our passing game that much more dangerous. -
What about Darryl Johnson. I saw an article that said he's back with the Bills.....also Quessenberry is listed as ot but I think he's iol.

Rd 3, Pick 89 (25): LB Terrell Bernard, Baylor

Everybody comparing this guy too Milano....wrong guy....We just cut AJ Klein. This guy looks a faster more splash play version of AJ. -
Bills match Bears Offer Sheet for Ryan Bates, 4 yr deal
NoName replied to nato7412's topic in The Stadium Wall
From what I've read, Saffold is not great in pass protection but very good at run blocking. From what I understand about ol's, the right guard is better for run blocking and left for pass protection. I'm not sure if I have that correct but if I do, then Saffold is going to the right and we are keeping bates at left. -
If Crowder is a slot guy, and we already have McKenzie signed, then what does this mean for Marquez Stevenson?

I really want Fitzy to come back for this season
NoName replied to bubba2018's topic in The Stadium Wall
Looks like Beane agrees. Barkley did a solid job when Josh was injured a few seasons ago. -
The guy has to get toes amputated and somehow people use that as an opportunity to make fun of the guy. I'm hoping this thread gets closed.

I don't want Fitz back. No thanks. Too hot and cold. They should bring back Matt Barkley. He was solid when he had to backup J.A. He knows the offense and they only reason they got rid of him was for Tribusky. -
Adrian Peterson arrested today; assaulted wife on plane

It was your mom's fault. -
I am surprised to hear no one mention TE. Remember those games Dawson Knox was injured? Tommy Sweeney was invisible and Gilliam isn't an option. Having another good TE gives us more flexbility to benefit our run game and allows us to do more 2 TE formations. I think we need an upgrade at RB. Singletary is good but how would this offense look with a very good RB? The only position I would want to upgrade on the OL would be center and that's a maybe for me. It depends on how we are going to establish the run. If we are going to continue to get the OL guys on the move then I think we can make it work with Morse. My picks Go after C Ben Jones from the Titans in free agency 1st round CB Kaiir Elam Florida (great compliment to Tre....has size, toughness) 2nd round TE Jaylen Wedeymeyer Texas A&M (could end up being better than Knox is big and can move) 3rd round Kyren Williams RB Notre Dame (looks as good if not better than singletary with a little more power and speed) 4th round or later, I'd like to see them get someone to play the 1 technique
