Ellison in the middle, Nic Harris at OLB
NoName replied to kbuckley9091's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I would neva want to see Ellison in the middle...our run d is shaky already......What about Alvin Bowen?????... He was last years Nic Harris (rookie lb who made noise in camp).....also, what happend with Digorigo? -
I noticed Hangartner is more mobile...other than that, I haven't notice much of a difference....hopefully Wood can take over there next year so we can get Butler back to RG

There is something so strange about this board
NoName replied to Tcali's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
the botton line is that when a team selects the wrong QB in the 1st round, it sets them back many years. When you look at Buffalo not only selecting Losman, but giving away another pick to get him. You have to say that we are still feeling the effects from that decision. Going forward, we will know this year of Trent Edwards is the man for the job or not. There is good first round talent at the QB position for the 2010 draft. The talent evaluators will have to get it right this time. -
Langston Walker released/Kirk Chambers re-signed
NoName replied to Warren Zevon's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
what a shock!!!!..Langston Walker was argubly our best lineman last year.......He should have been moved to RT......and send Butler to the Bench....I don't know why people are bashing Levitre.....wait, yes I do...that one play that he got manhandled in his first NFL game......I am not sure why people think Butler is so much better than Levitre........ -
Personally, I would do whatever I had to do (legally) to get a cheap price with DTV. Because at the end of they day, they will do whatever it is they have to do to get as much from you as they can. They aren't offering you free Sunday Ticket and all of these other discounts because they like you. Take a look at their cost to provide service to us versus what they charge us and then you'll see what I am talking about. Cable/Sat TV is an oligopoly imo.....

Question for my Bills fans living in Toronto
NoName replied to NoName's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Does Global TV show all of the Bills games? Also, does CBS in Detroit default to all of the Bills games? Or is there another team nearby that it defaults to -
Do you guys get all of the Bills games on your local CBS affiliate or do you have to subscribe to NFL Sunday ticket? Also, if you do get the games on your CBS affiliate, what is the name of the station? Thanks

how many current Bills played when Van Pill was a QB
NoName replied to NoName's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I wonder how weird it wil be particularly for Josh Reed to have his former QB (Van Pill) now as his coach -
how many current Bills played when Van Pill was a QB
NoName replied to NoName's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
my bad...I double posted by mistake....I havve this thread elsewhere on the board -
How many current Bills players were on the roster when Van Pill was our QB As I am typing this, I heard on ESPN news that Van Pelt is a Co-Offensive Coordinator with Eric Studesville....If I am remembering right didn't Studesville call plays before? I think under Mularkey Speaking of Mularkey, think about this, how often is it that a rookie head coach leaves a head coaching job under his own will......Did Mularkey see something?????

Aaron Maybin looked electric on his sack
NoName replied to DELLAPELLE JOHN's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Agreed.....of course nobody is saying he is Bruce Smith......but the way he made that sack, I wasn't sure if he really wore a bills jersey because we never seem to get DE's with that kind of talent, we usually have the LT's getting beat by DE's like Maybin -
I disagree with Carucci about Youboty
NoName replied to Albany,n.y.'s topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I hear so much about lankster (rightfully so), what about the kid Harris out of USC.....after all, we did draft him a round before Lankster?.....I am just curious to know why is that we haven't heard his name mentioned at all.....does he get any playing time??? btw, why not cut Florence...after all, the guy does cost like 3 mil a year.....Corner, Youboty and Lankster all are well under 500,000 a year -
Wow, you are good. Way to put that guy in his place. It also proves the point that we should just talk about football. I really don't care how people type on here as long as we can understand each other.

If you and the rest of your "English Faculty" truly wanted to help those of us who cannot properly speak/type the English language properly. Why not consider sending private messages? Why attempt to embarass people in a public forum if your TRUE intent was to "help". I am sure it would be much more appreciated and it would help to keep the thread on topic.

well said BTW, I am from Bmore too

This guy cant be serious. This is a football forum......we aren't typing papers in here......

I am not necessarily saying when they should implement it...obviously I am not expecting to see the team go WCO next week ....... I am just saying in theory if this is the guy to build around, why aren't we headed into that direction of the WCO......I think the first thing that jumps out at you about Trent Edwards is that he is an ideal West Coast QB.......if the no huddle thing works out then forget everything I am saying.....but when I think of T Edwards, I think of WEst Coast Offense.....just something to throw out there
-
To me, Trent Edwards appears to be an ideal fit in the West Coast Offense. If he is going to be our QB of the future, why not have a West Coast Offensive philosophy? After all, that is what he ran in college and Bill Walsh gave Trent Edwards the big thumbs up. I see no reason not to employ it
