  1. Colin is going to Colin. I bet the 49ers feel oppressed to be tied to his $100+ million with $60 million guaranteed contract.
  2. Ravens: Bills come out strong against Ravens. 1-0 Jets: Home opener on National TV, Bills roll the Jets in Rex Bowl 3. Rex coached teams have had decent records vs. division opponents. 2-0 Cardinals: The Cards last victory in Buffalo was in 1971, when the were the St. Louis Cardinals. Granted the Cards are well balanced and are Super Bowl favored, I still think the Bills have a shot. 3-0 Patriots: Since 2000, the Bills have only won twice in Foxboro. This will be a huge division game with Tommy still out. A must win for Rex and the Bills organization. 4-0
  3. I'm wondering if he can rebound. It will be interesting to watch.
  4. History repeats itself in his fourth season... Goodwin makes strides at camp Goodwin makes team Goodwin nonexistent Week 1 Goodwin nonexistent Week 2 Gooodwin nonexistent Week 3 Goodwin out for the year
  5. Football is a business and that business relies on players not to get injured. It's part of the game. I'm not worried about it, just somewhat sad that Ragland went down.
  6. How many coaches do the Bills have? . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . a lot
  7. An interesting tidbit on NFL SiriusXM yesterday had me ponder. The topic was about coaches and the teams that have the least and the most. A key point was too many hens in the hen house good or bad? In 2015 the Bills led the NFL in coaches in the mid 20's. Followed by Jags, Browns and Raiders. Those teams did not make the playoffs. Combined record of all the above teams was below .500. In 2015 the Pats and Steelers were tied with the least coaches with 15. The Packers came in third, followed by Panthers. Those teams made the playoffs and those teams records combined were above .500. The topic immediately switched to having too many coaches possibly hindering the development of players or does it help the learning curve from college-to-pro.
  8. There's a video in the Hall of Fame in Canton of Paul Maguire talking about War Memorial Stadium. He talked of a game where the team watched a guy in the stands, who was by himself, have his own keg and grill in the section behind them. Typical Bills fans.
  9. True. After last season, anything over 2 million is way too much. Veteran minimum for him in 2016-17 season would be slotted around a cool million.
  10. Last year he had his issues. Would love to see what's left in his tank. Could come cheap. http://profootballtalk.nbcsports.com/2016/07/06/andre-johnson-still-hoping-some-team-will-give-him-a-shot/
  11. If they renovate like Chicago, the team would have to play in an NFL approved stadium for a season at least. The overhaul would take months and would enable the team to play at the stadium while construction was going on. With no potential sites in WNY odds are the team would play in Hamilton or Syracuse. Even a year in Toronto. Renovation would be a no. A new stadium will be built.
  12. Once upon a time... I was 7 years old at a private lot, where I saw a grown adult male laying on the ground choking on his vomit. I had to get another intoxicated fan to save him. I helped save his life, a 7 year old.
  13. Love Ragland and the joy he brings to the game. I'm excited to see him command the field like he did for the Tide.
  14. Mixed feelings on Monroe. A Ravens follower explained Monroe didn't fit in personal wise with the team and injuries plagued his career.
  15. Would dig an alternate red helmet once a year. Eventually it will happen
