  1. Lynn, a former special team journeyman, who always fought hard to keep his position on a 53 man roster and played under Mike Shanahan, earning two back to back Super Bowl rings. Could be the guy. He stepped up to the plate when called on to be OC. Turned the offense into a top running team. The way things are set in place. Looks like Whaley may have his man already. Get a disciplined DC who the players can rally around.
  2. It could be. Maybe Overdorf? Overdorf has been there longer. Could be him kicking the tires to make him keep his job.
  3. Grew up in the area. Had season tickets from 3 to 21 years old. Live in Utah since I was 22 raising my daughter. Spend several thousand a year to watch away games on the West coast and try to hit up as many Bills bars on this side. Wish there was a Bills Backers bar in Utah. Sadly, it folded a decade ago.
  4. True. My only thing is it's not attractive as the Jags job. Jags defense has more key pieces in place and with quality coaching, could turn the team faster than the Bills job.
  5. The Jaguars play in a weak division, including games against the AFC North and NFC West in 2017. Coughlin could take over a young defensive unit with tremendous potential. All they need is a quality DC and someone to untilize Bortles talents. Coughlin would be dumb to take the Bills job over the Jags position.
  6. The Bills job Is NOT attractive at all. With its current roster and all it's questions to answer, the Bills job will be a hard pressed one. The 2017 schedule has them not only playing the Pats twice and Miami twice, but..... Oakland Denver Kansas City San Diego Carolina Atlanta New Orleans Tampa Bay Bills could go 2-14 and could be 18 YEARS 😨 Doomed!
  7. With the contract to pick up odds are it would be a low pick. Doubt it happens. Teams would want a better contract for TT and will wait until he gets cut.
  8. Ralph's old entourage needs to go. Overdorf and Brandon have hindered this club. Overdorf's fued with Butler was 16-17 years ago. Coincidence? Pegula should hire his own men. This team needs a culture change.
  9. A Ravens fan joked to me after week 3 that Ed Reed's coaching career will be done after the season. Could happen.
  10. There was 1:20 left after Clay scored... there's always a chance 😫
  11. If Lynn is to be kept on, I hope they get rid of Whaley and Brandon. But, if he is hired....both Whaley and Brandon get another shot 😫
  12. Depends on coach and who is GM. Defensive minded HC goes D in first and Offensive minded HC goes O for first pick. Me, I would look into OJ Howard for our first.
  13. I agree with Eric Wood that the Bills are close and should keep continuity. But, Rex has been horrible with this Defense and HE is a defensive guru. It is and will cost him his job!
  14. Easy! The Chiefs win by exceptional coaching. The Titans game was a hard fought game and ended up being the better team who played all 60 minutes
  15. Rex didn't reinvent himself. Great coaches consistently do that. By not doing that it cost him his job with the Jets and soon with the Bills.
  16. Yikes. On paper Whaley has done some decent things. Three coaches in how many seasons? That is not great. Even if he wasn't a major part of the Gailey and Marrone process. Gailey was more Nix and Brandon and Marrone was joint Nix, Brandon and Whaley I'm sorry, but FO cleaning should commence. Let Terry finally pick his guys and build a quality foundation finally for this team.
  17. 1 Russ Brandon - thank you for your time and efforts, but the team is going in a different direction FO wise 2 Doug Whaley - same as above 3 Rex Ryan - great guy, hasn't reinvented himself as HC, not apart of the bigger picture 4 Tyrod Taylor - let the new GM/coach figure it out
  18. I wouldn't be surprised if Lynn became a great HC. The guy has been a great addition and deserves a shot.
  19. Anyways, Coughlin for a football czar roll? I'd take it!
