I'll be walking the Vegas Strip in 2 days...wearing my O.J. jersey cracking open a beer just for your Green Lightning-- pounding that brewski for you and all of my fellow Bills bros & sisters out there! Of the constant REPOSTS of Gabbert, Miller Time, Peterson, Fairley and Newton...Nevergiveup is the only person on here that has made sense on JUST one post about the draft in weeks! Overall, I wish he or she would post more! Good Luck to all & may the Bills brain trust draft whoever will turn this ship around!

Peter King reported today-- a team picking in the first round of the draft has a deal on the table with a team trying to come back into the first round. The team King believes is of course--the Pats. The possible deal will reportedly have: -the team trading to get the Pats 17th selection -Patriots would recieve the second round pick in 2011 & first round selection in 2012 Overall, rumors recently have the Bills considering trading back into the first--along with several other teams; Bengals, Titans, Cardinals & Vikings. ***My opinion, please no!*** ---------------------------------------------------- In other news, Panthers GM Marty Hurney "hinted" today (nothing new) that the Panthers will take a quarterback with the first-overall pick in the draft. This sparked Sal Paolantonio of ESPN to talk about the ongoing Panthers/Newton marriage (which we already know)...Sal, explains it gives the team a much needed "shot in the arm" (which again, we already know)... BUT, Paolantonio points a rumor that the Redskins want to move up into the 3-5 spot to secure Missouri QB Blaine Gabbert... If Gabbert falls to the 3rd overall and the Bills do decide to tade with the Skins..the Bills would receive the 10th pick, along with other picks to be decided on--in the 2011 or 2012 drafts! Going along with King's rumor above, Paolantonio believes the Buffalo Bills will attempt to move back into the first round to take a quarterback, if they pass one up at 3. ***My opinion, I wish the Bills stay put--I've witnessed the JP, Loseman & McTurdo trade ups--I say, NO!*** GO BILLS!

ALL potential draftable players can be busts--its the system setup by the team--that makes the drafted player succeed... The Bills history of first round choices are already closing in at 90% busts... I say WHO CARES... draft Gabbert---get the D-line help via free agency! This gives us an oppurtunity to draft a qb...might as well roll the dice!

Buffalo ****, change it to the Feltcher Report! The majority of the 32 teams have turned down all those QB's, except for Newton so far! What the article doesn't mention is this...James Harris QB from Grambling--Bills made Harris THE FIRST BLACK PLAYER to quarterback--but, He Sucked!

Von Miller-There is an awful track record of LB's being taken in the first 5 picks over the past 10 years! Blaine Gabbert-Jim Harbaugh tried to recruit him--called him the best pro style QB entering college several years ago...Gabbert decided on Mizzou...As for the Trent comparisons, I see it...but, Gabbert looks like he can manage the game better! Going back Trent was not a bad QB...towards the end, Trent fell apart...In the NFL you have to evolve your game--if you don't evolve--you don't succeed! I believe if they do select Gabbert, Chan can mold him into a stellar QB--which this teams hasnt had in almost 13 years! Patrick Peterson- I don't think the staff is that high on him--I've read the articles on him being a "Nickleback", but don't see him in the new 2011 Bills jerseys rolling out soon!

Isn't the Buffalo staff labeling Peterson--a nickelback? Isn't Sheppard a second round grade--after his combine results?
