  1. I say, we continue trading down, until we own the seventh round. Then we trade the whole seventh round for the rights to all undrafted FA rookies.
  2. Yes, his name is Jerrod Mayo. You will be very familiar with his play over the next 7-9 years.
  3. Good point! You can't say that about every player in the draft.
  4. In all honesty, Alaska is the most incredibly beautiful place I've ever seen. Anchorage is also a great city to have a good time in. I can think of many reasons to live there.
  5. You are correct, extremely different.
  6. The Ravens have been fairly consistent on the defensive side of the ball. They seem to know what players are going to fit their system, despite what faults the player might have. That 96 pull, is pretty awesome. Two HOF and in the argument for best at their positions alltime. The Bucs were in the same boat with that 95 draft, again two HOF. If either team could have found a Qb they would have won more SBs.
  7. Can we see how Bell and Chambers play before we give him a free pass? Thats if we don't address the O-line at all, which is tough to imagine.
  8. Yes, but he's got the best chance in that group, IMO. I don't see how Russell is in a make or break season. He surely needs to improve, but he's not going anywhere for now. Jake Delhomme is declining and he might be in trouble this year. Edwards is better than Campbell and at least as good as Garrard. Trent has the best weapons and should be able to do some damage this year.
  9. Wow, that puts it in perspective. I guess they weren't exactly lights out, like suggested. Still very solid, though.
  10. So what? Rabid fans spend money too, probably more.
  11. I didn't say they listen. Their are many loyal fans like yourself and in Buffalo you can't learn alot from ticket sales, IMO. We still support the team, even if the team doesn't support us. I still think they are interested in doing enough to make money at least.
  12. I don't doubt that some FO guys take a look at various message boards. Customer feedback is possibly the most important tool in business. Where are you going to get a better look at what people think of your product?
  13. We drafted a third round qb in 2007, who might just end up being a backup. He walks on water and can heal everyone with his touch (not including himself). Many a Bills fan melt when he speaks and his name is defended like no other. I think Frank Reich, would fit in just fine.
  14. Awesome. It onlt takes one draft.
  15. The military has many different rules of engagement. The set of rules that apply are mostly determined by threat levels, intelligence, unit, and area of operation. It's not uncommon to have many different ROEs given to you during one deployment. I can't tell you what NYS law says on the subject. I can only specualte that the military can be comparable to NYS in certain areas. In other areas it's more like martial law.
  16. Like I said before you have made such an amazing discovery. Headlines can lack truth and be deceiving. Wow. Thanks for pointing out something that anyone over the age of 14 knows. You are ahead of your time, Romeo. No one here took issue with your uninspired point. They just had a problem with the meaningless nonsense you spewed, attempting to get your point accross. See stupid? As for the constant put down the remote jokes, give it up, it wasn't humorous the first time. At least you stayed consistent with your very awkward gay bashing. Deep down you know the truth. So keep putting yourself out there for others to laugh at. Your a mildly amusing kid.
  17. Your own material was lame. As I said before, half of your posts sound like a child repeating something he doesn't really understand. Trust me no one here is walking away thinking you are intelligent. Afterall, Tgreg took the time to destroy your original post. Since then you have been responding with your pre packaged unfunny garbage. So what was the big message Nurse Romeo? Your uncomfortable with your own sexuality, so you use football message boards to make up for it? Daddy doesn't love Romeo? To answer your question, yes headlines can be misleading. Great topic and so deep with your unrelated analogy. My only advice to you is to lay off the constant gay bashing. It makes you sound dumber than your phony schtick does. Besides it's only a matter of time until your figured out in those Navy showers, sweetheart.
  18. I was being sarcastic. It was pretty thick, too.
  19. The problem isn't the players, IMO. I have a problem with the teams identity. We don't have an attacking style defense. Our defense doesn't shut down the run either. In the cold I'd like to see us force our opponents to pass and attack the Qb. We play the TAMPA 2 in Buffalo! Why this team hasn't modeled itself after Pittsburgh is beyond me. On the other side, we can't run the ball with consistency. At least on offense I feel like the right idea is there. We just can't execute.
  20. Not your own thoughts. Instead, a butchering of some radical jackoff's lecture. You should be happy, christians are winning.
  21. Did you ever consider, outlaw schools and upgrade guns?
  22. Absolutely. It's a great move and other teams have had alot of luck with this strategy.
  23. I agree with you Magox. I was just giving a foolish example of Rico's grading methods. Obviously their is alot more to every Qb evaluation then his wins and losses. Personally I only grade a player on what the team has accomplished when he is on the field. If your a Qb and your playing with a HOF defense, this is going to greatly effect your winning percentage. Trent Dilfer was good enough but not great, IMO. The Ravens won despite him and game planned around that defense and his ability. It's case by case. A qbs winning percentage is not always a very good indicator of his abilities. No stat is a true indicator of a qbs ability. That is what makes evaluation of a player fun. No situation is the same and all situations change game to game. You can only use stats over a period of time, in support of a view. The only way to trully get an accurate opinion is to watch the games closely and determine how much the said player helped his team. Obviously this isn't cut and dry either. Sports wouldn't be half as much fun if it was.
