  1. +100000 Completely full of sh*t!
  2. He is no Demetrius Bell, thats for sure.
  3. Yes, a rebel like you would never stoop to that level.
  4. I think we should organize a militia. Give me a thousand of your strongest men and we will storm the Ralph. It's a shame that the last 100 boycotts and revolution suggestions haven't amounted to more than a fart in the wind. See you guys at the Houston game.
  5. You say things like this and start topics like "When do we stage a meaningful protest" against the Bills and you wonder why so many view you as douchebag. Complete assclown.
  6. I'm with you. Leinart hasn't played enough to call him a bust. By some fans criteria, Aaron Rodgers would have been a bust too or even Steve Young.
  7. History is on his side.
  8. I agree it has to be Butler. I find it a little odd that Whitner has missed the time he has for a thumb. I know it required surgery and that the doctors have probably set the timetable but it seems kind of weak to me. Guys play with fractured bones and casts all the time, it's not like it would stop him from catching the ball. Ronnie Lott broke off a freaking thumb in a facemask and stayed in the game. (My sincere apologies to Ronnie Lott)
  9. Leonhard, Greer, Haggan, and Bannan are nice stories and hard working guys, but please don't try and sell me that they would have any success all in one system. They compliment above average teammates by being reliable and consistent. Greer is a very nice player though. McCargo is definately a bust and Whitner is nothing more than average at best. I don't think we can call McKelvin perennially injured yet but Poz is becomintg a real concern.
  10. Why can't we play last years Chief team every week? Speaking of last years Chiefs, why didn't we go get Thigpen? In all seriousness I thought the guy did some nice things last year. It would have been a great start to finding a solution. I'm all for bringing in a couple vets and a couple rookies, to compete with what we already have. I just don't want to see the FO put all its stock into 1 Qb anymore.
  11. Haven't you noticed that every group of people in this world has its clowns. What makes you think Bills fans are any different? Even if the team was winning you would find some people going "overboard". You lumping the whole irritated fanbase together because you read a few foolish posts is going "overboard". If your not pissed off at the product then you are a very casual fan. My question is, why would a casual fan show up to TBD at this present state of the team and start criticizing its fans? This team is lucky to have any fans not to mention some of the most loyal in the league. Get a clue!
  12. To summarize, he stood up in front of everyone and said he takes the blame for not being properly prepared. He said he was embarrased and ashamed at the way his team performed. He said it with confidence and anger. He said it is not acceptable. I'm ashamed of our Buffalo Bills.
  13. To be far the Jets started the year with two QBs better than Edwards.
  14. Henne>Edwards Pennington>Edwards Sanchez>Edwards
  15. Vince Lombardi himself couldn't coach Edwards into making a throw like that.
  16. Take a good look at that last throw! TE can't make that throw with a running start and no defenders.
  17. It's a shame that coaching like that, can't really exist in the NFL anymore. Only one coach can get away with it and I wish he was ours. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Xizd9xF47u0
  18. The guy is not incapable of making plays, he's in the NFL afterall. He's just incapable of making them consistently.
  19. This team has been chock full of great Qbs over the years and its been consistently horrible coaching that has ruined so many prominent careers, right? Face it the coaching sucks, as do many of the players, including our beloved TE.
  20. I don't see it that way. He is a guy who will have a good game every so often, a terrible game every so often, and vanilla most of the time. These guys usually hold clipboards and wait for disaster to strike. The Arizona stuff is a reach IMO. TE showed shakiness before the hit and even during that four game streak.
  21. You act as if this year is his only example of sub-par play. The way I see it, TE is the same as Fitzpatrick, VanPelt, Losman, Collins, Johnson, and Flutie. You can make excuses for all of them if you look hard enough, but the final product is the same. All of these guys are just not good enough to win consistently in the NFL but are serviceable in relief duty. Take a look around the league, and you will see many young Qbs who are more than serviceable. Sometimes I think that its been so long since this fanbase has seen a good Qb, that many of us immediately embrace mediocrity. It doesn't have to be this way and it shouldn't. You deserve better dog, even if you don't realize it.
  22. Really? Some of us are still using that Arizona hit as an excuse for pitiful play? Lets say you are correct and he is still "shell-shocked" from that hit. Does this "shell-shocked" syndrome translate into a successful pro career? Playing Qb in the NFL means you are going to take nasty hits often. If he can't get over that then its time to move on. I don't subscribe to the theory that Trent is still affected even in the slightest bit by last years hit. He's been playing Qb for most of his life and has probably had many tough shots. If you are correct, he is never going to be a good NFL Qb. If you are incorrect, he is never going to be a good NFL Qb. Trent Edwards is a solid backup Qb, nothing else.
  23. This team has an average to above average o-line right now. The line might be made up of rookies and no-namers outside of Buffalo, but it is doing a decent job. It is opening up lanes for the run game and providing decent protection in the pass game. Other than late in games, in obvious passing situations, when has it looked badly outclassed? I just don't see it. The unit gives up dumb penalties and has had a few miscommunications but it has played solid and doesn't deserve the blame. How many more weapons does this team need? You claim it is a team full of gadget players but Parrish is the only one. Owens, Evans, and Reed are just plain nasty. Fred Jackson has performed as well as any RB in the league not named Peterson. Even Schouman looked like a solid player coming into his own this season. This team is a solid QB away from competing. I'm not saying they would be a SB contender just yet, but certainly a playoff contender. Enjoy the constant eight in the box this afternoon!
  24. They're coming to get you Barbara!
