I'm responsible for the comebacks. During the Jacksonville game, I lost my seat at the bar to another Bills fan. As soon as I started standing, we played better. Last week, it was on local TV. I was at home sitting. In the fourth quarter, I got up to do things around the house, we started playing better. This game at the bar again,I was sitting . When it was 14-6 someone mentioned about the Jacksonville game. I didn't sit down until after the game. I told everyone that I'm going to stand the rest of the season!

I actually saw one worse. About 13 years ago, the woman up and to the right f me complained of a dead animal smell in a closet in a storage area. The manager check, and it was fine, He traced it to the apartment above mine. When he knocked on the door, he spotted that the guy had garbage piled up chest high throughout the apartment! There were sheets of cobwebs extending from the ceiling to the kitchen counter. The fridge was full of rotten food. All he had was a path from the front door to the bathroom and his cot. The wall where his head was when he slept had a greasy smear on it, the toilet was cracked because he had tried to pour hot grease down it and had cooked next to it on a hot plate. He had a pickup that didn't run that was full of old, yellowed newspapers. But in the bedroom closet were starched and pressed white shirts and uniforms. I had met him once a year earlier. He worked at the CalTrain station in town. When the manager and I (we were friends) went in there, we wore two layers of latex cloves, and held several layers of dust masks over our noses. The manager sprayed Lysol on everything he touched (I didn't touch anything). It didn't smell too bad because nothing was disturbed. The manager could not get the cops to evict him right then and there, but started the process. He told the guy that that he had three days to get rid of teh garbage. The guy hired two college kids sight unseen to remove the garbage. They used a stake truck and filled it three times. The manager told me that the college kids threw up at least three times each. When they disturbed the stuff, the smell got really bad. I had to walk to my car about 50 feet away from where they were loading the truck. Even with holding my nose shut and breathing through my mouth and running, I almost puked. They owners had to remove all the wallboard, strip the floors down to the bare wood, and gut the bathroom and kitchen. Afterward, it looked and smelled OK..

Obama looked like a little kid, making faces whenever whenever McCain made a point that hit home. i saw Obama's Il Duce face even at one time. When Obama said something that Mc Cain was going to get him on later, He made a note and smiled. Obama said he agreed with McCain at least 8 times. I don't think McCain can swivel his head around that fast, because of all the torture he had.

That's it. That's what happened. Got it lanced several months later. Spent a night in the hospital, ice on my boys for a few days and nothing wrong.

The letters in the sports section today ( I'm local to the Oakland area) all say that Davis should step down as GM or sell the team.

I want a bill that that will help America, not Acorn or any partisan groups. The bill that has been written is basically written by the dems with little or no republican input. Obama should have started his talk at the meeting with a "this is what we agree on" discussion and then said lets discuss the rest. Instead he looks at Paulson and says "Republicans are screwing this up" For dems "bipartisanship with Republicans" means BOHICA. What do you expect that the Republicans are supposed to do? Like I keep repeating, if their bill so good, why not pass it now???

If their plan is so good, why not pass it right now? There are big problems with it and they want the republicans to put down their principles of country first and OK their plan. From Harry Reid (D-traitor), he said that Mc Cain talked last and according to him: " He mumbled something I couldn't understand". How could McCain "blow up" the meeting if he talked last. More dem BS of "We want to be bipartisan". but when it comes down to it it is always our way or the highway.

Happened to hear both of these on the news today. The news happened to be on during Rush's show.

At a press conference a little while ago, Republicans said that Obama walks in and basically the first thing out of his mouth to Paulson is "The Republicans are screwing this up, aren't they?". Just heard Dodd saying that this problem is been brewing for years and that it is a man-made problem. Pretty ironic him saying this because he and Frank are the two main men blocking the reform.

There was no agreement. Only the dems were saying there was. Their "agreement" gives Billions to shady almost illegal groups. As Rush said "If it is so urgent , the dems have the votes to pass it right now. Why don't they?" It's because their plan is good for THEM AND THEIR CONTRIBUTORS and bad for THE AMERICAN PUBLIC.

Obama? No . He never had any shred of credibility or dignity in his body to start with. Listen to the news today instead of the dem talking points.

Everybody is forgetting that it a a joint ownership between the US and Canada. They would have to sign off on it also.

I have heard that the "deal" was made by the dems and included Billions for dem groups including Acorn, a semi-communist group that has a record of signing up illegal aliens to vote among many other things (sort of like MOVE in Philly). It had no real reforms. but lots of pork.
