I'm curious to see Jets D against Ravens O. Jackson did have 3 TDs but thought Bills D did some really good things last week. Can Jets D replicate or even improve upon.

I'm not upset with Allen. The offense had a bad day. Defense played really well, Hauschka hit 3 FGs ( a welcome site) and two big plays (Bills fumble and long TD pass) were the difference. Ravens are a good team. Bills are getting better and will learn from this.

I agree with you in trusting Beane. I'm not trying to save Pegula money, $91M sounds like a lot but it can go rather quickly. The Bills have a lot of starters who are still on rookie deals who need to be re-signed in the near future. Bills may want to get a FA WR and pair him with Brown. That will cost some coin.

No. I think it was a good move to decline the option. Some team is going to overpay him hopefully not the Bills. I think drafting a DE in the 1st round is in play. Signing a FA WR to pair up with Brown I hope is in the cards. Regarding Jordan Phillips, I'd let him walk too. He's good and having a nice season but is going to command so much money. I think prudent moves are to re-sign Liuget and Vincent Taylor and extend either Milano and/or Dawkins. Tre White will be priority next year.

I watched the 49ers Ravens game. Garrapolo fumbled inside his own 25 yard line which led to Ravens TD. 49ers defense stacked the line of scrimmage and contained Ingram pretty well. Ravens ran a fair amount of pistol formation. It seemed to me that Jackson kept the ball almost every time and either ran it himself or threw it. I'd key on Jackson. 49ers kept on tackling the RB who didn't have the ball. Bills should stack the box on defense and make Jackson throw. 49ers missed their RB Breida. I think Singletary will have some room to run outside the tackles.

Right now it's the Chiefs that Bills would play. Plus Pats play Chiefs next week.

Nice writeup Virgil. I believe Bills will tender all of their ERFAs and RFAs. They need 90 players for training camp and Beane may trade a player or two before the season starts. Based on the season so far, I'd guess the Bills would like to re-sign Spain, K. Johnson, J. Phillips, and Shaq. That may be a tall order but curious to see how that plays out.

You are correct. Both are ERFAs. As long as Bills tender an offer they are here next year.
