    Beane is saving cap space because he knows Allen and Edmunds contracts will need to be re-upped in 2 years. Plus he'll have Tre's new contract on the books and likely Dawkin's and/or Milano's. JMO

    Diggs is a true WR1 who is under contract for 4 years at $46 M and he's only 26. These guys don't come available often and they don't come cheap. Diggs immediately improves the Bills offense.

    I agree with you on the interior of the line. Not sure what Beane will do there. If they get some tackle depth beyond Nysekhe, kicking Ford inside becomes a more viable option. They may also draft an interior guy in the later rounds. Plus there's free agency. I believe Beane will add another guy to OL.

    Glenn played in 19 games for Bengals, starting 18. I thought trade was fair at onset but favors Bills now.

    I would love to have Clowney. He is such a disruptor on the field. Teams have to game plan for him and even then he makes a lot of plays. It goes way beyond his sack numbers. The Bills defense would go up a level with Clowney.

    Re-signing Spain prevents a big need in FA or the draft. Feliciano and Nysekhe are FA's next year and Long could be as well. Dawkins will be extended soon imo. I can't remember what presser it was but got the distinct impression Beane is looking to upgrade the Oline. I'm thinking OT on Day 2 of draft.

    I could see Bills drafting an OT. Nsekhe is 35 and has 1 year left and the Bills really don't have a 4th OT. Bates is an interior lineman imo. Drafting an OT would give the Bills a third OT to groom into swing tackle behind Ford and Dawkins beyond 2020.

    I said I generally agree with you. What don't you understand? The guaranteed money is the key. Anyway they are not paying him to be CB3 or worse.
