Those were the days. Watching that video makes you really appreciate how great Jim Kelly was. Look at the way he surveys the defense as he approaches the line. He was in complete control. It's great to see video like that but it's also kind of sad because it makes me realize that Edwards is nowhere near the caliber of quarterback that Kelly was. It's not so much the physical aspects, but more the mental. Kelly was always in command of that offense and never got rattled. Even when we lost he would battle to the very end. Thanks for the video Tomcat. Maybe we could send a copy to Edwards.
Before the game they have this thing called the Fun Zone . It has games and free stuff for the kids. After the game they have a pretty good fireworks display. The kids will have a good time. Well worth it.
The Greg Bauch stuff is tolerable, but that Steve Sabol crap they do on GR monday mornings after a game is borderline retarded. I think it is Nick Mendola doing the impersonation. Does anyone here find that bit amusing?
Why does anyone care what Mike Schopp has to say? Have you ever seen him in person? He's a friggin' tulip. His on air persona is just his way of getting back at society for kicking sand in his face for so many years. Tune in to Brad Riter.
There is more to Dave and Busters menu than just bacon cheeseburgers. I highly recommend the blackened chicken over pasta. It's a bit pricey but tasty nontheless. Did you ever stop to think that maybe the Bills brass was trying to show Pettigrew what a great sports town Buffalo is? You can't find that out by going to the Chophouse.
Are you kidding me? Losman is in no position to turn down any offers at this point. If a team offered him a contract today he would sign in a heartbeat.
How do you know Brandon didn't make an offer before January? Did you ever stop to think that maybe Parker wasn't listening to any offers until the Pro Bowl selections were announced? If I were Peters agent that's what I would have done. Wouldn't you?
A friend of mine is related to a scout from the Bills. I spoke to him about Peters at a party last August. He said that Peters was getting bad advice from his agent. He had Peters on a gag order and wouldn't let him return calls to anybody affiliated with the team, even his closest friends. He also told me that they were very high on Kirk Chambers and had no problem starting him in place of Peters. It's my understanding that the Bills FO is furious with Parker and the way he has handled the situation. It has nothing to do with Wilson being cheap or Brandon being incompetent. I hope this helps.
