  1. Romo's on pace to throw for 5,000 yds this season. He's not going anywhere.
  2. I'm serious now pull my fingers.
  3. Not going to root against the Bills for the sake of getting rid of our coaching staff or improving our draft position. We're playing a divisional opponent and I want to win. Go Bills !!!
  4. I agree. But considering the QB class of 2013 is weak and the Bills have to address their QB situation this might be their best option..
  5. Johnsons first NFL start came in his third year.
  6. Where I don't care who he played. For his first NFL start he completed 70% of his passes for 329 yards and had a QBR of 104. He 's everything the Bills would want in a QB. He's a big kid with a strong arm and has some mobility. He grew up in Illinois and played at Michigan State so he should have no problem dealing with the weather here in Buffalo. If the Bills could get him for a 2nd rounder I would be all for it. It would give us our franchise QB and allow us to address the problem at LB with our first pick.
  7. Cousins only played yesterday because it was Cleveland. Had it been a tougher opponent RG would have played.
  8. He could have had Wilson or Cousins in the 3rd but opted to trade up for a receiver who could be unemployed next season. Swallow your pride, admit your mistake and get Cousins in here. He may have only thrown 30 passes but thats 30 more than Geno Smith.
  9. considering Nix opted to go with Fitz rather than draft a guy from what could be the best quarterback class in NFL history leaves me little faith in him drafting our franchise qb.
  10. The fans aren't desperate they are angry. I think everyone agrees that getting a franchise quarterback is the top priority for next season. The Bills have to make a bold move whether that means reaching for a guy in the 1st round or trading it to Washington for Cousins. I'm a little biased because i liked Cousins last year and was hoping the Bills would grab him in the 3rd.
  11. Desperate times call for desperate measures. The Bills have to make an agressive move or risk losing their fan base.
  12. So Washington won't trade Cousins because a sports writer says they shouldn't? Washington gave up alot to get RG3. If they could trade last years 4th round pick for a top 10 pick in 2013 they would consider it.
  13. To say Smith isn't much better than Fitzpatrick is ridiculous. The problems with Fitz couldn't be more evident than in the game against the Colts. He left alot of points out on the field. Smith may not be great but he can hit wide open receivers. People say Smith has it easy because the 9ers have a strong running game. So do we. Are defense isn't nearly as good but atleast they are showing signs of improving. I would be all for giving up a 3rd for Smith and using the draft to address our problems at linebacker.
  14. Agreed. It wouldn't surprise me to see them go after Matt Flynn.
  15. This wasn't a bar or night club. It was a classy restaurant that happens to be very expensive. I'm sure this player can afford to go there on a nightly basis but for the average joe like myself it is only for special occasions. Just thought he could have been a little considerate. Not really. Just venting. Like I said I respect the mans talent and I'm glad he plays for the Bills but I planned this dinner for weeks and it was ultimately ruined.
  16. It would be impolite for me to name the player. However, he is a DT and his initials aren't KW.
  17. Last night was my wifes birthday and to celebrate I took her to Tempo, the restaurant the Bills brass used to court Mario Williams. I had planned this for weeks and wanted it to be very special. Everything was going as planned until a certain member of the Bills came in with his wife/gf and a small child. He didn't have a reservation. I know this because i was seated behind the hostess and could hear the conversation. He told her who he was and who he played for and sure enough he got seated right next to me. There is a dress code at Tempo but apparently he didn't care. He was dressed in shorts, sneakers, a Bills sweatshirt that looked like it needed to be washed and he was wearing a baseball cap. I didn't have a problem with his attire but after about 15 minutes the little girl began screaming. This went on for the entire time he was there. The people in our section were obviously annoyed and began asking to be moved to another room. This didn't phase the player or the woman he was with as neither of them attended to the child. When the hostess seated me she asked if this was a special occasion and I told her it was my wifes birthday. When the other patrons were seated in my section I could hear her ask the same question. Most of the people were there celebrating a brthday or anniversary only to have it ruined by this players lack of class and consideration. I happen to admire this player for his talent on the field but I was disgusted by his behavior. Marv Levy taught his players to act like professionals on and off the field. God how I miss the glory days.
  18. Fitz does lack the skills to be a successful NFL quarterback, however, he may be able to help you with your grammer.
  19. I saw Stephon Gilmore at Gordon Biersch last Saturday. He was sitting at the bar with his girlfriend and was wearing his Bills warm up suit. Thought that was cool . The thing that stood out to me besides his hair was the size of him. He is big for a DB.
  20. Harbaugh kicked Kelly's ass for saying he had no heart.
  21. Do you have a link for that because I find that hard to believe. 225 is not a lot of weight and I can't believe a big guy like Bell only got off 9 reps. I do more than that and I weigh 200 lbs.
  22. It's a little late for him to develop into that type of player considering he is 32 years old and in his 10th season.
  23. It's a beautiful day here in Buffalo. The sun is shining and its 60 degrees although it feels a little warmer.
  24. Dennis Miller was the worst ever IMO.
